Three times this week I have tried to order breakfast and every time I have been told our system is down and won’t be back up for sometime the first day it was 10 min and the second and third time I was told 30 minutes . If I’m paying cash why can’t you make my order and accept cash ? This is such nonsense they just don’t want to work at 4:00 am this last time I said I will wait then the girl said well I don’t know how long it will be down I think corporate really needs to check into this problem

The lady at the window was so nice but why they can’t get the orders right ? I ordered an egg & cheese biscuit & they turn around and gave me an egg McMuffin I could’ve got it without the meal and it would’ve been way cheaper. They need to pay attention to the orders ! This is the morning crew !

I was just at this location and the service is bad. The cashier was paying attention to my order and got it wrong. I ordered a medium French fries and it looks like a small and wasn't hot. I asked for a sweet tea and he gave me a unsweetened tea. I will never go to this location again, I went because it was convenient. ⭐

Parking: People are going in the wrong direction and could cause an accident. Oh yeah they speeding in the parking lot and could hit a customer coming out the foor

I go here often, usually only drinks, sometimes the app offers free fries with a drink purchase. While waiting on service, noticed an employee pick up a happy meal box off the floor, fold it open and put food in it. He actually let the person working the drive thru serve it. When the cashier came to take my order, I told him about it. I asked him to get me a manager. The same person who did the dirty act, was the manager. I asked him why would he do that. He told me to my face, that he didn't do it. Said it never happened. I looked him right in the eye a asked him how did he have the nerve to lie right to my face about something he did less then 5 minutes ago. I asked his name. MARTIN ALVEREZ. He then joked about it with the crew as I was filling my drink. I went back for my usual, since then. I see he is not always the manager, but he is usually working the package area.

Ordered a cheeseburger happy meal light mayo extra fries no apple slices received a hamburger light mayo with apples slices asked them to correct it they slapped a cold slice of cheese under the patty on it the same burger asked if they could not remake the entire burger then I would like a refund the manager came and said he could get it remade just to bring me the burger but with the cold slice of cheese on top of the patty this time. I politely declined the burger and a refund was received! Yes I drove off with a free drink! Stop being so damn lazy! Y’all made my order wrong MAKE IT RIGHT!

placed an order on the app on dec 25 and the restaurant was closed. went the next day to get the food or a refund and they said once the transaction is processed they would automatically refund the money… i waited for a week and they didn’t . so i went today january 2 and with a really bad attitude they said they have nothing to to with the app and can’t do anything about it. they wouldn’t give me a refund or the food. they said, to contact my bank and figure it out … really bad customer service.
