Ordered a big breakfast, gave me the wrong order and didn’t want to correct it just cause I didnt have a receive they didn’t offer, poor service

Didn’t receive one item on my pickup order and couldn’t go back to the location so I called to just get a refund on that item and they said id need to do that in the app, you can’t do that in the app. I wasn’t going to keep calling about one item but they should know you can’t get a refund from the app.

Inside always stinks. They need to use clean water to mop the floors. Bathroom doors left open too.

Upon going through the drive-thru, we were first instructed to pull forward to the 1st window, then told by the male employee to proceed to the 2nd window — without receiving a receipt. At the 2nd window, we were again told to move up to the 3rd window. By this point, we had already waited a long time.
At the 3rd window, the female employee handed us the wrong order and then asked for the McDonald’s bag back after it was already inside our car. We waited yet again for the correct order, which took several more minutes. When she finally returned, she handed us the food but no drinks. When we mentioned it, she asked what we ordered — something she should have already known from the order screen.
We explained that we ordered two orange juices and one large iced coffee. She handed us the two juices and a medium iced coffee. When we corrected her and asked for the large we paid for (and requested a receipt), she took the drink, disappeared for a while, then came back with a large iced coffee — and said she “doesn’t have the receipt anymore.”
At this point it felt deliberate, as though she didn’t want us to have the receipt so we couldn’t complete the survey. She also never gave us any straws.
Additionally, our McGriddle sandwich and large iced coffee did not have Monopoly stickers, which was a major reason we came to this location in the first place.
By the time we finally left — after more than 15 minutes in the drive-thru — our food was cold and the iced coffee had caramel in it, which is not what I ordered and tasted awful.
This entire experience was unprofessional, careless, and frustrating. I feel like both my time and my money were wasted.
I do not intend to redeem the BOGO reward for completing the survey because I won’t be returning to this location. I am submitting this feedback solely so management is aware of how poorly this visit was handled and can take corrective action — particularly regarding the female employee at the 3rd window, whose attitude and behavior reflect very badly on this McDonald’s.

This place has it nailed down but there one thing. You say you bring food to the table and 2 weeks of coming here, you never have..... Maybe it time to take the sign off the table before you find yourself in court

This is a horrible McDonalds with both of their managers getting mad because I asked for a water at the window even tho I bought food it happened at 740 am this is not acceptable! Also left out my hash browns and they got mad because I asked for them!!! Won’t be coming back here again! I buy McDonalds at least 2 times a day!!!

Order was wrong and had to go back in for them to correct it and then my other food got cold and they acted like I did something wrong...idc that this is near my job not going ba cl to this location.

This McDonald’s was top notch. Stephanie & Joselyn were very attentive to every customer who came in and exemplified great customer service. I ordered a quarter pounder deluxe with fries- my quarter pounder came out EXACTLY how I wanted it to be- no pickles no mustard and no ketchup- my order was fulfilled perfectly with no errors and the fries were just delightful! The fries had just been made fresh which was an added bonus. There was a lady who came up & started to get an attitude with them and complain, they still exemplified great customer service back towards her and I honestly was very impressed with both of these young women. I’m sure it isn’t easy to work in food with all the alarms going off and everything moving so fast paced but these ladies had everything handled to the nines. I wish there were more people to spread positive reviews beside spewing negativity and complaining like that lady was doing.
