Every time I go to the one on Arkansas or pioneer Parkway I never seem to get my full order it's always something missing and it makes me mad I think I'm going to stop going there and the one on Arkansas Ln they always have bad attitudes and are very slow when there not even busy im just fed up

Sometimes they ask that you order at the kiosk for faster service. I think it's faster bc my food came out in less than 5 mins. Enjoy!!

I avoid this McDonald's location like the plague. The one on Bowen and 303 is much better, and it's because of the staff. The staff at this one simply DO NOT CARE about your order, whether you've gone drive through or you used the app. There are constant problems with the burgers being just awful, even for a McDonald's burger, which I mean you're not expecting much going into the meal. They just don't do a good job here at all.

My recent visit to McDonald's Store #35344 was marred by disappointing customer service, notably from supervisor Alex. His demeanor was rude and unprofessional, leaving me feeling undervalued as a customer. Despite attempting to address my concerns, Alex appeared dismissive and failed to resolve them satisfactorily.While the food quality met expectations, the poor customer service experience significantly detracted from the overall visit. Improvement in staff professionalism, particularly from supervisors, is necessary to uphold the reputation of the establishment.

Very bad service, I ordered at 11:57 via curbside and arrived at 11:09 and they never gave me my order, I had to go check inside and they said they came out and there was no one, until 12 they gave me my order, I waited almost an hour, very bad service and cold food.

The wait time is ridiculous 4 people came in 5 minutes after I did and got their food before me. They didn't put a meat patty on one of my burgers and forgot the kids nuggets in the happy meal.
This location was very slow, and the food was not fresh at all and the taste was sour. I will never go back to this location again. My transaction was at first incorrect the Manger tried to correct it but my fries was wrong. I originally asked for no salt.
