Samarah (Sam) was awesome I’ve dealt with her twice in the past week and she always takes amazing care of me compared to a female on the day shift during lunch time who can be very rude and impatient when taking orders

I’m giving 2 stars because the fries were really good and fresh. However, I ordered a Fish Fil A sandwich with extra cheese, and while I did get the sandwich, it was missing the extra cheese and tartar sauce. I feel ripped off, especially since I didn’t notice until I got all the way home and was already in bed. At that point, I wasn’t about to drive back to have it remade.

I went through the drive-thru after work hoping for a quick, satisfying meal. I was genuinely excited until I took a bite and realized it was missing key parts of my order. It’s disappointing to pay full price and not receive what I asked for.

I stopped by this location this morning to treat a coworker and myself to breakfast. They don't take orders unless you do it on the kiosk. I asked an employee for assistance to make sure the order was being put in properly. There were two standing at the counter talking. Once I asked for help both employees walked away like I didn't say anything. Another customer waiting said he had been waiting for a while to speak to someone about his order. We ended up going to Starbucks for breakfast. For now on I'll drive across town to a different location. I definitely wont be going here again.

I come to this McDonald's regularly and it is pretty busy in the morning, but they always seem to get the food out Very quickly, it's always hot.The staff is very helpful and polite. And I wanted to highlight Jennifer one of the managers, that is usually working when I come in the morning. She really has.It makes a point to take care of the customer, i had an issue where I ordered the wrong thing. It was completely on me and she ended up making it right even though it wasn't on her to do so, this to me, this is a perfect example of what good customer service is, and the fact that came from a manager will set an example for other employees to follow. I would recommend this McDonald's to everyone. Thank you so much Jennifer for being a shining example of a wonderful human and an amazing customi service representative and manager. And whoever is in charge, needs to give her a promotion, J.S.

a lot of the workers not friendly/dead inside which is normal i guess. they frequently forget my sauces, when i got breakfast they got my order wrong, and when i got dinner they got it wrong too :) the drive thru line was way too long to go back through so i knocked on the door and waved my order saying this isnt mine. And I was just waived off and told to go back through the drive through. I’m not sure if she spoke English but the gesture to go back around is universal. I tried to let the other mess ups go but giving me an entirely different order is crazy. You know usually in the drive through you’re supposed to confirm that you are giving the correct person their order which some people do. But it seems as though the people who don’t speak English or are dead inside don’t know how to do that. Whoever the franchise owner is needs to go ahead and check on the service at their store, but they probably won’t 🤷🏾‍♀️. Visit this and any other McDonald’s at your own risk.

i came here to order and Donna with the pink nails and thick eyebrows sat there and told me she couldn’t take my order because she was counting change, etc. it should never take as long as 5 cars who were behind me to order before me and im still sitting at the window .. then i get to the window and she telling me that i have to go back around and couldn’t get her manager. im beyond upset about this and every time i see her she’ll know who i am.

If you're going to the drive-thru. Take a picture of your receipt. Theirs been a couple of times where they didn't really give me my full order. Idk why but the drive thru has been lacking of late. Not hating the people that work there! Just haven't seen any changes to fix this issue

My food was raw, both my bacon and quarter pounder meat, could not eat it. I tried calling the restaurant but no one picked up the phone so in the end nothing was done, I have this picture and another where it shows better the raw meat, but the food is already chewed so I don’t think anyone wants to see that
