Too automated. Nobody at the counter so you are forced to deal with a screen. No drink dispenser for the customers and the screen does not give an option for a cup of water. I'm not liking the way McDonalds is heading.

This Mcd’s has yet to fail me! They are always on point! It may take a while during their busier than normal times but that’s expected at any mcds! Every person I’ve spoken with at the windows has been nice and one even told me happy birthday today! It crazy how such a small comment will make someone’s day. They never have messed up my order, never initiate an argument with me, or mess anything up! Very glad to coming here instead of the one on green oaks.

This is the worst McDonald's in the area you'll sit forever on the curbside pick up and they'll never come out and you'll have to go through the drive-thru and they'll just smile at you.

Nobody speaks English. Literally no one could explain to me what was happening with an order that already got picked up by another driver. Fix the system and get employees that can communicate

Food was hot, correct, and service was speedy. Had three people in front of me and was in and out of the drive thru in less than 3 minutes. The people at the windows were happy to neutral. Not sure what the bad reviews are about! I've never had a bad experience here.

I called 15 times before making this the 2nd store in a few miles difference of each other then when I got here a car that was in front of me was allowed to order and received an order then I get to the speaker and I’m IMMEDIATELY told that this location is closed when the website says the location at 2391 N Collins St, Arlington, TX 76011 at 3:52 am Friday morning. March 8th 2024

This morning I just went to order a simple McGriddle meal. Nothing difficult . I paid and when I got to the window to get my food . 3 different people came to the window asking me what I ordered . There was a language barrier with the first two people . I couldn’t understand them and they couldn’t understand me . When they finally figured out my order , it was still missing a hash-brown . No one apologized . Something small was turned into something big . The language barrier was a problem

Worst mc donald ever, went there at 3 am cash only, so i payed cash and they charged 9 dollars more extra, and i ordered cheese on 12 mc chicken and payed more for cheese and they didnt add cheese, so i ended up paying 20 dollars for nothing, and rude
