Everytime EVERYTIME! I order at the drive thru they always mess it up, ALWAYS! Just placed an order online to see if something changed that way, passed the drive thru and they only gave me a soda!!! GOD!!!

I waited from 12:05 AM to 12:38 AM for just a $5 McChicken meal at this location. The long wait time was completely unacceptable, especially for such a simple order. This isn’t the fault of the hardworking employees on the late shift—they were clearly doing their best under pressure. The real issue is poor staffing. Management needs to do better when it comes to staffing overnight shifts, especially at this location and during these hours. This kind of delay is frustrating and easily avoidable with better planning.

I used the order ahead feature on the mobile app and placed my order at 10:11am expecting it would be done by the time I got there 10 minutes later. I didn’t receive my order until 10:43!! 32 minutes to make 2 breakfast sandwiches? Why give the feature on the mobile app just to make me wait longer than the actual drive thru? Then while on the app, there’s no way to track my order! No way to be told when it’ll be ready, nothing! It was so frustrating! I ended up being late for work, trying to be proactive with a place that is supposed to be fast food not 30 minutes long food!

This place is always really clean in the morning/afternoon time and the food is also really fresh. If you stop by in the evening, your wait time will be longer and the quality of the food will not be great.

This location is soooo slow!! EVERY SINGLE TIME!! Management needs to do better because it takes me 15-20 just to even get to the payment window. If there was one a little closer this location would never see me

So much for being 24 hr store, at 430am. The cashier says we open at 5 am. Wth..! It's always something with this store. Poor management I guess... some mornings are cash only then you are stuck in line til the cars in front are gone. Now that's BS I'm going on a diet, the heck with McDonald's 😊 wish me luck..

To the manager of this location, you need to teach your employees not to use such vulgar language. The way your employees talk while patrons are around is insane. They were plain disrespectful. Do better! Stop hiring these kids who don’t give a damn about a job or customer service.

Do better train better or step down as a general manager because your crew is trash! 🗑️

We ordered 15 items for to go. And it's missing 4 items!

We ordered and left to go to other stores for 20-30mins to get something and when we get back our order still was not complete. We waited for 10mins. Again. Then we got the order then went back to office. When we. Hecked it was missing 4 items! Alot of mcdonald's are messing up orders. I am hoping for improvement.
