Went through the drive through ordered two grinch meals with ranch and sweet and sour sauce and a double fish filet sandwich. They didn't give me the double fish fillet sandwich so we went back. My daughter went in with the receipts and waited twelve minutes before anyone assisted her. The sandwich should still be sitting in a bag with the sauces. The young lady at the counter told her that they were too busy to make her sandwich and they could give her some nuggets. She didn't want to be confrontational, so she agreed, not thinking that the person that ordered the sandwich did not want nuggets and came outside. Unacceptable. If you don't have time to make it, it shouldn't be on your menu and you shouldn't have collected my money for it. When you call, there's no answer. So I have grinch boxes with the fries, but they did not put the grinch seasoning in there. I have nuggets with no sauces and an extra nuggets that was not wanted instead of a double fish filet sandwich that was ordered and paid for. I'm pretty sure McDonald's isn't going out of business anytime soon, but serving people things that they did not ask for or refusing to make the correct item is not okay and it needs to be fixed. I'm assuming they thought it was okay to take advantage of my daughter because she's not thirty years old and let's not forget that my food is cold now Because I had a deal with nonsense, but you have my money.

I don't know what the hell is happening to McDonald's but someone will need to stop pissing off the employees because they are screwing up our food more and more and more. This time it was my Filet-O-Fish sandwich that had the top bun upside down and the tartar sauce on the outside. And some poor idiot had the audacity to close that up in a box and serve it. SMH. And to make it worse, the fries tasted like they were sitting for an extended period of time and this is in the afternoon, knowing that their lunch times are busy. So they must have saved the fries from three orders prior and serve them.

I have had 2 bad accounts with this McDonalds once when I went the bathroom room was a mess with no soap in the mans bathroom. The dining room was a mess as well. I told the manager on duty that the store being clean tells a lot about who’s managing it. The fact that there no soap in the bathroom means workers may are may not be washing hands correctly. Then today I go and I get an old grease sandwich the chicken is so grease its crazy. Never eating here again

Im sorry but this is unacceptable, filthy & dirty. Most of the tables in the playground area are dirty, the drink area is dirty & they have no ice & is also dirty. No one is really being attentive except for 1 person working the register while filling the orders. Manager doesn’t seem to be interested in giving great customer service nor having this place clean whatsoever, Hopefully they get it together.
