They did not put chocolate in the bottom of my mocha frappe. But it was still good! My fries were hot and fresh . Fast service too.

Terrible everything where should I even start. First off had order an order through DoorDash my food had taken a minute to prepare and wasn’t warm or correct. They put all my food in one bag with no care in the world of presentation. Didn’t give me my McFlurry’s and or chocolate milk DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME A BOX OF MY HAPPY MEAL I ORDER. Threw it on the same bag with everything else threw the toy in as well. Don’t know who allowed this order to eve bc pass through and be sealed, where are you mangers? You are suppose to ensure warm food to each order and make sure everything is right and presentable. Outrageous order I had gotten from them and I have called no answer from no one just rings and rings. Such poor service and workers. This place needs to actually work on presentation and service because clearly that isn’t what’s going on, very disrespectful and unprofessional.

I had had surgery, and the only thing my poor stomach wanted was a mcdonald's cheeseburger! I was at the drs for a check on the surgery. On my way home, I got my driver to stop at the closest McDonald's to the Drs office!! Oh my stomach was SO happy!!!

Waited 20 minutes in line, got to the first window and was there for a good 10mins. No one took my payment, ok maybe next window. I get to the next window and they tell me I need to go to the back of the line and get in line again to pay at the window, THAT NO ONE WAS AT. Seriously? A fast food joint wasting my time due to McDonalds employees error because if they make a mistake, it’s the guest who should suffer I guess. Thanks for the waste of time and still leaving without food.

No AC in July. It took 15 minutes to get a small order and they forgot the drink. Went to get a refill, and the iced tea was sitting with the lid off, with flies going in and out of the container. At least 15 or so flies flying around.
Worst McDonalds experience ever. I will refuse to go to ANY McDonalds moving forward because of this location. I had to wait 20 minutes before they decided to let me know that they couldn't prepare my order. Don't waste your time. Go somewhere else.

2 times in a row i have been to this specific location and both times they messed up my order more than once!!! the first time i asked for a bacon and cheese burger with NO CHEESE, it even said it on the receipt, and it came back with cheese. When i got them to fix it they gave me the burger with no cheese or bacon… the second time i asked for the same thing (cheese and bacon burger with no cheese) and they gave me a completely different sandwich (they gave me a spicy chicken sandwich) then when they fixed it they gave a me a bacon cheese burger WITH cheese and NO bacon…
