I always stop at this McDonald’s on my way to work I’ve had other issues with the food but today I got an egg McMuffin substitute the Canadian bacon for regular bacon but the egg was so nasty it was hard and green looking like it had been setting there for a while

Wow! I came to get an oatmeal for breakfast. This is the first time I come and pay and get half of the food. Talk about paying for goods but leaving with less. They didn't used to be this way. Should have only been charged for half the price. I USED to get it 3/4 of the way full. Won't be going back!

Parking: It is really dark on the parking lot they don’t have any lights on really unsafe. They took long to give me 4 pies. Once I got to the drive thru window they let me know they don’t have any and were barely making them. The young employee at the window even looked at me are you sure you want to wait and I said what else can I do I had already paid for them

The night crew is always slacking off and in a bad mood. The manager, Jasper, doesn't have any concern for guests and openly admits that he doesn't care enough to do anything. I'm not sure how he was qualified for the position in the first place.

1/4/25. Ordered breakfast thru app to pick up on 2 different phones. Got there and no order for 1 of the orders. Waited and waited as they were busy running in, out and about with orders. Finally someone came and said there isn't another order for me. Showed the email order confirmation on my phone but they said there isn't one in their system. Then Mgr came out and said I have to that phone that I ordered from in the store to trigger the order. Never heard of that. Of course I don't have that other phone with me so they refused to give me that order. Mgr kept insisting they cannot do anything until I have that phone in the store or had that phone click on I'm in store to get them to make it. Of course, I could not get that phone or anyone to click on that phone for me. B4 I could say anything else, she walked off. It was unprofessional of the manager refusing to remedy the order and to walking off on me b4 I could say anything else. I got so mad, I threw my other order to the kitchen floor and walked out of the store. Im sure they all labeled me Karen. But, never again this location will ever get anymore of my business.

They charged me for a small watercup and made me pay for it, and 2 workers gave me very bad service in the restaurant. lousy restaurant

I ordered two combos and the lady didn't listen to me when I went to the next window, the woman who gave me the order yelled at me and she was very angry, shouting just for telling her that I wanted another combo. She didn't treat me well, and I didn't disrespect her, and she won't let me buy another combo, she told me I had to turn around to get in line again. I didn't go to the restaurant.
