I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred last Wednesday at approximately 10:00 PM during a visit to this location. Prior to this visit, I had never experienced any issues at this restaurant.
Upon arrival, an employee identified as Abby became confrontational when asking whether I had placed an order when I went to the first window. After I responded, I suggested that her customer service approach could be improved. She dismissed my comment and, when I requested to speak with a manager, stated, “You’re not getting one here.” She then instructed me to pull forward to the next window and closed the window abruptly.
After waiting approximately three minutes, the manager on duty came to the window and apologized for Abby’s behavior. The manager provided Abby’s name, the name of the store manager (Maribel), and the 24-hour customer service hotline to file a complaint.
I contacted the hotline and was advised that someone would reach out within 24 hours. No follow-up occurred until five days later. At that time, I was unavailable and requested a callback within one hour, which never occurred.
The employee’s conduct was aggressive, disrespectful, and unacceptable. Refusing to allow a customer to speak with a manager and displaying this type of behavior is a serious violation of customer service standards. Based on the severity of this interaction and the lack of appropriate follow-up, I believe disciplinary action up to and including termination is warranted.
I was simply attempting to purchase food for my family and should never have been treated in this manner. Due to how this incident and complaint were handled, I will not be returning to this location.

I come here every now and again and almost everytime I'm stuck standing at the counter, looking at my food get cold because the staff refuses to acknowledge the customers. I've waved them down before for them to ignore me. The good takes forever, not to be made but for them to just hand it to you.

Service was atrocious here. Self-order Kiosk broke half way through my order, and it would have been easier to get hired here and make my own food than to find a person to assist. Compared to other franchises I frequent, this is so poorly run. Couldn't be the same owner(s). No one else was in the restaurant but a homeless man, yet many of the tables were dirty and not wiped. How? Lastly, this is the only McDonald's I've ever been in that the Coke tastes mid. Good thing I didn't try the fries this visit. They're probably salted with customer disappointment and tears.

We used the app and the kiosk, they say they bring your food to your table, but they just called my number and I had to leave my grandkids to go to the counter to get our food. They have also done away with the beverage bar, so no more refills. McDonald's is slipping.

Fast, friendly, and consistently clean. This McDonald’s location really stands out. The drive-thru is quick and the staff always greets you with a smile. Inside, it’s spotless every time I visit, which says a lot about their standards. If you're craving McDonald’s, this spot is dependable and well-managed. Definitely one of the better locations in the area.

I did not like the service I received the workers do very little to make your stay pleasant .and when they get your order wrong you better not say anything or you will have some young worker rolling their eyes at you . And tossing your food at you . .

I'm already having two bad experiences at this restaurant, I wanted to give it a second chance and they ended up disappointing me again, I really like the deluxe spicy McCrispy and they give me a pittance of sauce and today when I went to buy two combos they didn't give me the burger I ordered and they forgot the fries and the nuggets tasted very burnt
The ice cream was melted.
Overpriced.
Food 🍔 was fast, fresh and warm. Service was polite. The only thing really lacking was the cleanliness of the restroom 🚻, however, I have seen worse, but I believe every restaurant, gas station and business should strive to have Bucky’s type of cleanliness in the restrooms!!!
