At one point I felt the Arkansas and Cooper location was awful, this location is worse. Seems like nearly every time I visit they get my order wrong.

If you're looking for an abnormal fast (fast?) food experience, look no further than this McDonald's drive thru. I placed a mobile order for a Big Mac, a McChicken, and a 10 piece nuggets. I then arrive at the drive thru and wait 2 minutes before someone speaks to me (pretty good for having no drive thru line). I then let them know I placed a mobile order and give them my code. Their response was "Order when you're ready." After they figure that out, they tell me to pull up to the first window. I pull up and they say "You're all good. Pull forward." I then pull forward to the pickup window to be greeted by the words "One cheeseburger?" After letting them know of my order, they come back with a bag with one cheeseburger... Nice!I then park and go inside to get my actual order. The poor guy behind me who also got an incorrect order also follows me inside. After a couple minutes, they come out with my order and my situation is fixed. Unfortunately for the guy behind me, they were unwilling to make him his order, and they were unable to refund it since he used app rewards.Anyways, I only continue to come back to this McDonald's since it's on the way home from the gym I go to. For the record, that McChicken was a whole new level of bad.

Got here to take my Baby to play a bit no soap , sanitizer and the sink had throw up . I asked themTo clean the sink and put soap to wash my hands and enjoy my food . All three times I asked they just said okay and ignored it . I asked themTo clean the only table available they ignored it after asking 4 times . At the end they happily refunded me my money so they didn’t have to deal with me . I didn’t eat and my daughter was sad we had to Leave and it was all just aWaste of time .

Asked for no onions on my 2 burgers and to my surprise there was onions on them all in the paper rap as well and the burgers were made very sloppy.

The young man at the 2nd window was rude and rolled his eyes all beacuse they forgot to put out apple pies in the bag. Everyone else was very nice. Mcdonalds at 4300 S Cooper, Arlington. 3/29 @ 7:44

I've been meaning to share my thoughts on this McDonald's for a while now, and I must say, something truly remarkable has occurred over the past year. The service has reached a new level of excellence! From the efficient drive-thru experience to the warm hospitality inside the restaurant, every interaction has been nothing short of exceptional. Kudos to the entire team for their outstanding dedication to customer satisfaction!

Lately they have the I don't care additude. Than waiting 20 mins in spot 3 for food and no one behind me and order was wrong. Like not even my order. Go in and let them know and it's like they blamed me for getting wrong

So frustrated - the service and food quality have gone down at this location at night time so I rarely come here. It was late and it’s been a while so I figured I’d try McDonald’s for the first time in months. Customer service was not good. My order was messed up so the guy was flustered and moving fast. Along with my meals, I ordered 3 McFlurries. When we got home, I started eating mine first and ended up spitting out pieces of broken plastic. I ended up just telling my kids not to eat them. Smh The food was cold and tossed all over in my bag.. just a waste of $40 and time. I don’t even want to call and complain because I don’t want to deal with that team again. They act however they want on that shift and I don’t feel like dealing with the guy’s attitude again. Beyond disappointing.

Just left this location as order taker at the window did not pay attention to anything I said, and had problems, apparently with the code when he typed the code in it said, got it on my screen, but was not attentive at all. I could’ve got better attention from an armadillo. in the end, I left without ordering, worst service
