Finally made the trip to try Meat Candy BbQ and oh boy was it worth it. The brisket had my head spinning in delicious land. Incredibly tender, perfect crust and seasoning, and a perfect amount of fat. The bourbon maple pork belly burnt ends just made this trip next level.

From out of town we stumbled upon The Meat Candy truck late so they only had pulled pork and baked beans left but boy did they hit the spot some of the most amazing beans I have ever had and the pork was moist and flavorful. Amazing food and great service would highly recommend.

I tried the brisket and Meat Candy is an understatement. The brisket was so tender and melted in your mouth even when reheated. Your mouth deserves to be happy and the brisket will bring a smile to your face. Highly recommended!!!

You gotta try the meat, this guy is doing it right. The smoke flavor is the best i have every had in my life . I can not describe it except to say out of this world . The flavor will burst in your mouth and you say oh my God. Can't get enough. 3 times and 3 home runs . Brisket, turkey pork all better then anything I have ever had in my life and I am 68 year old meat lover. Don't know how they do it.
