I stopped going here years ago because the service was so bad. I came back for a friend’s birthday party. 9 people! Not a ton. They got there 30 minutes before anyone else to get a table. It’s over an hour later and not a single person has been sat on a Saturday night. It’s not the staff’s fault, per se. they have 3 waiters, a hostess, a bartender and a bar back working. For the entire restaurant. The hostess is clearing tables and she and the bar back are taking turns expo-ing. The waiters are disappearing in the back instead of cleaning tables. There have been two clear tables for an hour that the waiters don’t want sat and a dozen dirty tables. If it weren’t for the friend’s birthday I would have left 45 minutes ago. How could management schedule 3 waiters and no expo on a Saturday night? I couldn’t imagine working there! The hostess was busting her rear, and I feel sorry for her!

Nixon was awesome. Such a happy fella, great vibes and positive attitude and explains the menu. Good food with happy hour is something you can’t beat!!!

The server forgot my order. My husband and son were halfway through their meal when I received my pizza.

I used to love coming to this location. They are now under new management and they suck! The atmosphere is no longer welcoming and the food was not great.
Looks like I will be going to Denton location in the future!!!

The food is always good when we come in. Eric was an excellent server.

I had placed a to go order on Uber. I drove 30 minutes from Carrollton to get here. When I arrived they said that someone else had picked up my order. I was a little frustrated, but I believe the manager, the was the employee I was talking to, said they would remake the order free of charge. They then graciously gave me twice the amount of food that I had ordered for compensation. Any place that does this will always get a five star for me. They were able to admit they were wrong and made up for it generously. 10 out of 10.

I ordered the enlightened spinach salad, which is pictured below, which is clearly spinach with other ingredients, such as dried cherries, feta cheese, apples, and pecans. What I received is in the other picture. It’s like they ran out of all the ingredients for that salad, but instead of just telling me they don’t have the ingredients to make that salad. They just decided to give me the scraps and stems of lettuce from making burgers plus some random tomatoes, bacon, and blue cheese. It was quite upsetting to get home and see Id paid almost $18 kitchen scraps and some chicken. I will never order online again. I would only ever go back for pizza at this point, and I would make sure it’s in person at the restaurant so I can confirm they actually could make my food.

Didn’t bother to let me know an item was out until I came into the store to pickup. Told me I could reorder another item at same value but due to circumstance it had to be an item that was higher in value. Told me I needed to pay the difference. Food is cold at this point, paid more than I wanted to for an item I didn’t originally want, Manager didn’t bother to come out or make good on the situation. Terrible.

Third time getting food and third time something was out but they let us purchase it. The woman at the front door was super friendly and kind but the manager couldn't even be bothered to come up front and apologize or say anything in regard to the missing item, even though they were extremely slow. Keep in mind we were told nothing about the missing item but thankfully we check the food before we leave every time. I get that things happen but to know you are out of something and basically hope that the person who purchased it does not notice? Come on...

Food was good... but the servers did not bothered take care about the table. we wait for a beer and the server didn't bring it. We had to ask for a soda refill when it was time to pay because they did not came to our table.
