Mellow Mushroom Arlington

Used to come here all the time but I think we're going to find a new spot. Ever since the remodel it seems that quality has gone down, in both service and product. With so many options around here there is no reason uto keep coming here. Bar tenders cussing out people on a personal cell phone call and ignoring customers...probably won't be back.

25 mins to get acknowledged, 40 minutes on TOP of that to get a SMALL CHEESE pizza. & that says it all.

Placed order for immediate pickup at 2:26. Arrived at 3:00, not ready. I saw them walk back and the pizzas hadn’t even been started. They forgot. 10 people in the restaurant, not busy at all. Still sitting here at 4:00 and keep getting told 5 more minutes. Terrible service. Never come here.

Had an awesome experience!! All of the employees in the restaurant were nice & accommodating! Casey, Marissa, Sable were very nice!

To be honest, no matter what state it is you’re never disappointed if there is a Mellow Mushroom!! I’ve been to at least three of them in three different states that I can remember off the top my head and I’ve never been disappointed and this location goes to continue to confirm it. Pizza is my number one dish and I love love me some good pizza.
As soon as we walked in, the woman greeted us and had such a good energy and there wasn’t anybody in there even when it got a little busier after we sat down she still kept the energy coming.
Love how the bar looked I wish I would’ve took a picture. It had lights around it. This is overall a good place for a date as it’s away from the major sitting area where kids may be but out of sight because you’re on the opposite side of the floor plan.

Parking: The parking is on the side of the building and more in the back of the building

Kid-friendliness: As a mother of foreign, this is a really cool place for kids because the colors and the lights and it’s also great as a date for adults because of just how colorful it is and not to mention the really cool looking bar

Wheelchair accessibility: The floor pan is very well and lots of room for maneuvering so a wheelchair would not be an issue

Sooooo I’ve had them one other time before today and it was blah, tried them again and today was even worse! My server took 45mins to even get our order, then we waited an additional 30mins for the pizza which btw didn’t come sliced up nor was it hot or well done like I had asked it to be!! The manager didn’t ask what the problem was or anything I had to CALL while sitting at my table to even be acknowledged and was apologized to WITHOUT even hearing what the issues where! I’m beyond disappointed and won’t ever come back!! My daughter loves pizza but this literally made me cry and I am pregnant so having to wait over and hour for pizza was purely ridiculous!!!

We went to mellow mushroom first time we put our names in at front desk they said it would be about 30 min. At this point we mingled at bar as we waited for a table. Behind us was two tables cleared with no one sitting at them. These tables were vacant for 15 min. I proceed to the counter and asked if we could sit at one of the tables and they said no that they were calling phone numbers of people who stuck there numbers down before me. There was no one waiting for a table at door however there were people that gave them there names and phone numbers and left that they were calling. Shouldn't the people who are there waiting be first? So we left and won't be going back. And then believe it or not they called my number 11/2 hrs later to say my table was ready. Bad business nope

When we arrived, it took them a bit to acknowledge us, as there was not even a bell to ring to mention our presence. We were seated and waited for our food just for it to come out so greasy/oily that It was inedible. The calzone was burnt/super greasy and one of the meats inside of it tasted weird. We tried to eat what we could, but it was just too much and ended up leaving it. Almost 70 bucks down the drain. The only thing that was decent was the spinach dip. We will not be back, sad to see this place has lost it's touch.
