From start to finish exemplary service. The service was performed with excellence. The food was amazing! Caring and attentive staff. Warm and welcoming atmosphere from the time we entered the restaurant to the time we left. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this experience. The best upscale restaurant I have ever experienced. Thank you to the entire staff.

Food took longer than expected, but manger came out to talk to us and offered a fee dessert. The food itself, excellent! Came out hot and very tasty. Must go later in the evening to experience the beauty of this restaurant.

It should be completely embarrassing that they would serve steak.
Cooked improperly and so dry it was completely inedible. Do not get the fillet. The kobe beef was edible however I have certainly had better ribeyes for half the price. Pear salad is very good. Bread hudding was very good. Service was excellent. It is a lost art.
Unfortunately , they need someone who knows how to cook meat.

Good not great food. Drinks very good to include margaritas old fashions and specialty. Wine selection by the glass weak. Snapper on special dry and very little taste. Advertised as spicy and not. Crab cakes very disappointing. Meat looked like it was put through a blender. Appetizer cigars were excellent. Restaurant was nearly empty yet service was very slow.

This is an ok restaurant but it's not a high end place. Ravioli appetizer was delicious but room temperature. Ceviche was good but more like a tuna tower-style than actual ceviche. Steaks were ok but nothing to write home about. The au gratin potatoes were acceptable and the brussel sprouts were bland but well cooked. Our service was really good but it was kind of odd that we were there for our 21st anniversary, put that on the reservation and they verified that when they called us to confirm but it was never mentioned while we were there. Why even ask? Not looking for anything free but it would have been nice to at least acknowledge it. Especially when we led off with around $150 worth of drinks and appetizers just to start. For dessert, the affogato was freezer burnt ice cream that was pretty much completely melted by the time it got to the table. Overall, it's a decent restaurant but not worth anything close to the prices they are charging. We will not go back.

Wonderful place to eat dinner! Had a lovely piano bar too that wasn't too much at all. Food was A+ as was the service. We will be back.

We had another amazing experience at Mercury Chophouse Arlington last week. This time, we dined in the afternoon. They have continuous service during the week starting at 11am and going thru closing at 9pm M-Th and 10pm on Fridays. We sat after the lunch crowd and practically had the place to ourselves. It was perfect to enjoy a leisurely meal and catch an early show. Service was impeccable. Nick was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The food was amazing. The lunch menu is expansive, and we shared a couple of apps before diving into beautifully presented entrees. Also, one of the best bread puddings I’ve had in awhile. The only thing we missed was having live music which they offer for dinner service every night. The piano accompaniment really makes the experience shine. But, it’s okay - we will definitely be back soon. Insider tip: ask for their signature cigar sauce if you order French fries…amazing!

This restaurant is amazing. High quality in every way. The food is beautiful and delicious. The atmosphere is top notch. The views are spectacular from every table and the piano add the class this restaurant deserves. Great for business, special occasions or nice dinner out with friends and family.

The evening was a special occasion for my wife and I. And Mercury Chophouse was a great choice. The staff, food and entertainment lived up to our expectations. We are returning guests and have enjoyed each time we have had dinner at Mercury Chophouse. I will say the staff (Jaffar) did an incredible job at treating us like we were the only couple in the restaurant, attentive. The food was excellent as were the drinks. And it was nice talking to AGM Kevin. Thank you

Our 3rd dining experience! As always, it has exceeded our expectations! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was elegant and welcoming. The service was exceptional! Our waiters were tentive without being intrusive, and every staff member we interacted with was professional and kind. The food was phenomenal. Every bite was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor, from the appetizers to the steaks to dessert. You can really tell they take pride in both quality and presentation
