I purchase at least half dz or more per week chocolate pies from local Albertsons but last batch I found three was not chocolate although the wrapper stated they was. The price is a little high for this mistake. Local American business I will support gladly but please take some pride in quality control. I would love to be compensated but Albertsons is not willing to and since I did not buy direct from source I am sure I am out of luck but I want to voice this just so others can be aware as well as your company. One other note seems like the pies are not as fresh as have been in past. Regards LPanky

Purchased an apricot pie from winco...pleasantly surprized!! The best shelf friendly store bought pie...crust was like homemade! And perfect fruit- crust ratio!! Will buy again!

I bought a Peach pie didn't open it till I got home to my surprise it was not what I expected the fruit was dry like jerky. Couldn't return cause the place I bought it was about 1 hour away. It would be nice to get some fresh pies with the fruit not dried out. To make a coustomer happy I feel you should send me some free different kind of pies for not giving you a bad review. Like they say coustmer is alway right.
Patiently waiting.
Absolutely the best pies in the country. Fresh, great filling and the best ingredients. While you can get the pies in the grocery store, fresh from the oven is worth the trip.

Mindy Lu’s has become too comfortable with supplying convenient stores with old pies. Instead of a bible verse, can you please put the expiration date. The first pineapple pie was dried out and “date” brown. I returned it for a moist “date brown “ pineapple pie. Never again.

Tried for the first time today and was very disappointed. The crust was hard and falling apart and the filling was so thick it was like cutting through a gummy bear. Kinda like eating a gummy bear, too, only not a good one. If you want a GOOD fried pie, try Mom’s Fried Pies from Mrs. Miller in Itasca, TX or Arbuckle Fried Pies in OK. First and last Mindy Lu’s.
Broken boxes $4 or 3 boxes $10. They still taste so good!!!

Extremely disappointed to walk up to the building and find that it was closed and nothing was posted on their website that they would be closed for over a week.

I just tried an Apple pie purchased from my local Randall's store. It was delicious!! Tasted like the Apple pies from McDonald's years ago. We will be trying additional flavors. ?
