What a cute little cafe. I was expecting more variety for Pho, but what I did have (Filet mignon) was one of the better pho's I had. It was brought sizzling hot in stoneware with raw beef so you can have it to your preference of toughness. The broth itself was silky and leaned on the sweeter end, but becomes more robust with its add-ins. They certainly have pride in their presentation-- even the plastic cups for boba are durable and well made.
