I have been wanting to try this place for months since moving to the area and seeing the delicious looking commercials. I was disappointed. I ordered the Detroit Style Meat pizza. I did a scheduled pickup, an hour and a half out. It was a Saturday evening, dinner time and I didn't want them to feel rushed. Picked up my pizza and took it home. First of all the pizza was $20 bucks. Cool. Decent price. I was disappointed. The size was SMALL. The crust looked nothing like the crispy pan style squares you see on tv. It was a LITTLE crispy on the corners but when you picked a square up the piece flopped in half cause it was not cooked right nor all around prepared right. The sauce was decent. Overall. I was disappointed. It wasn't even with $20. My expectations and hopes were too high on this one apparently. I don't think I'll return.

Called in an order yesterday and the girl who took my order was rude as hell. Customer service was ? when we picked up our 2 large pizzas both were overcook and NASTY! I have NEVER experienced Mr Jim's pizza like this. Hopefully it's just this Collins location because the experience here kinda ruined the craving for Mr Jim's Pizza for a while.

Just got my delivery. Large & Small Pizza w 2 liter of Coke.My small pizza was ordered with only xtra Mozarella Cheese. It luckily came with reg cheese because it was cheddar. Yuk!!!Very disappointed at this almost $60 order, can’t eat it.

Tried all the other chains in the area. Was always very disappointed in the quality. At Jim’s my pizza was ready super fast and was exactly what I ordered. The price was also better. Will be my go to pizza place from now on
Just lost a Faithful customer 2nd time we asked for our pizza not to be overcooked. Will discontinue ordering pizza. I don’t know if there is new workers but there is no pride being taken in preparing food. Specifically asked before ordering not to overcook. Pizza is dry and overcooked, unbelievable.

My kiddos and I enjoy Mr. Jim's pizza, no matter where we've lived we find a Mr.Jims. That said we are new to this area and this Mrjims location and so far the pizza is good most times, but what I've noticed about this location is the delivery drivers aren't kind. I barely started my new position so these last few times we've ordered delivery I've not been able to tip on an already 50+bill. The time i did tip it was out of guilt because I understand but not because he was kind or anything because each time he comes he's cold and dry. Either or the one time i did i could only do a small one and in doing that i put my account at a negative because i really didnt have it. Tonight he asked and i kindly told him i couldn't this time and apologized and he says "oh you want me to do it on your card again" smh I'm like I can't this time and he rudely gathered his pizza bag, rudely said mmhmm yea and walked away. 2023 was rough for my kiddos and myself and I know we're not alone in that, but we always try to lead with grace and love because you never know what people are going through it's just sad that with all the world has been going through that alot of ppl still can't show grace and understanding. Maybe we should order at the Mansfield location from now on.
