My first time here, order a number 2. Menu says it’s comes with certain items. I take some of those items off because I’m allergic. The lady at the window starts talking, and I imply I’m excited because the menu did not include cheese on the burgers. The lady then says, “of course it has cheese, this is YOUR fault” and then takes the burger back to “remove” the cheese. Brings it back and imply that I must tell them the next time. ITS NOT ON THE MENU AND BET THERE WONT BE A NEXT TIME! This is what 17$ there looks like. Notice all the cheese? Yeah, just lost a customer by not doing the right thing

One thing does company does not know is how to make an authentic Philly cheesesteak A Philly cheese steak has no peppers or mushrooms on it period it has only onions meat and cheese, and the roll is never toasted. And swiss cheese is never even offered as a cheese to be used on a philly. The only cheese that is offered for a Philly cheesesteak is, provolone, American, and cheese whiz. This place does not know how to make a Philly cheesesteak.

Really cool spot that I go to frequently. The people are always really nice especially the lady at the front Alla. She always asks if I’m doing okay and overall a really nice person. The food is also really good and I recommend going if you are passing by.

This is the second time I’ve been in the last few months and both times have been very disappointing. Pretty much everything was almost burnt instead and instead of regular fries we wanted sweet potato fries in their place. We were charged $1.99 per each plate for them when we could’ve just bought a whole order of them for less!! And could have kept the other fries we were not even told this until we got a receipt and had to ask. We ordered seafood basket as well and the shrimp was so hard and chewy even the batter had been fried off.

Extremely fresh food. They double-checked with me to make sure I got exactly what I ordered. Got the number 1 and a funnel cake. That burger had me considering getting another one. But thankfully, I had a funnel cake. The portion was satisfying and had me full. I'm going to bring my friends here.
