I’m a huge ramen fan and let me tell you, i would rather eat $1 instant ramen… my soup was so bland and my husbands was so salty! The appetizers were really good however and the service was good! Tables could use a bit of wiping down since ours was a bit sticky… not sure if i’d come back? Maybe?

I visited Ninja Ramen in Arlington, TX tonight with loved ones after ordering their Creamy Broth Chicken Ramen to-go for two years. Sadly, the dine-in experience didn’t match what I’ve come to expect. My usual ramen was bland, watery, and lacked the flavorful, creamy texture I’m used to. When I mentioned it, the waiter said the broth is usually watery, which doesn’t match the menu or my long-term experience. A friend’s Hokkaido Spicy Miso Ramen was also bland.
The Gyoza and Spicy Edamame were delicious, but the rest of the meal fell flat, especially since one guest was visiting from out of town specifically for ramen. I was embarrassed it didn’t live up to the reputation I shared.
Service was slow and inattentive despite multiple staff members standing around.
I’ve always enjoyed their takeout, so I hope this was an off night, but this visit was disappointing.

Service is fast, and the staff is kind. The food is good and has a surprising amount of variety. They also have cold beer and alcohol. I recommend it.

I ordered the shrimp dumpling ramen - it simply lacked flavor and tasted like.. well nothing. I went on a Friday afternoon and expected way more from this place because of the high Google reviews. I was disappointed! I may have gotten the wrong dish - if this be the case, please avoid the shrimp ramen unless you switch the broth or something!😓

The service was good however I ordered the shrimp tempura and tonkastu ramen. The shrimp tempura was delicious however that ramen fell flat. The noodles were too thin to soak up the flavor of the broth which ruined it for me. I would not come back

I love the food and the hours as it’s one of the only places open when I’m off work. But the service really lacks everytime I come here. I’ve seen this one male service give great service to tables around me but the servers I always get are very slow and neglectful. Just keep coming cause the food.

Sadly, I found 2 hairs while eating my Custom Poke bowl. I let the waiter know and he took my bowl. He came to the table and asked if I wanted something else. I said no initially but about 10 minutes later I realized I was still hungry and ordered Yaki Soba to go. He brought a check to me for the to go order and my drink. I told him I didn’t understand why I was being charged when I found 2 different hairs buried in my first meal. He told me the manager said since I asked later it wasn’t going to be free. I expressed I wasn’t going to be paying so he took the to go meal back. It is disappointing because this is my first experience after hearing so many great things about this place but I won’t be coming back. If there is a sanitary concern I don’t believe there is any reason for someone to pay for a replacement meal.
Good service, good food. The point downside is that the wait can be a little long at times.

Highly allergic to all seafood/shellfish. Even with a fish heavy menu i was about to find a few things that are fish free. Our waiter Dan was amazing, he was very thorough with checking on how stuff was made. Very high attention to detail. The pork buns were to die for and the guitar was able to be ordered steamed. Definitely found my new ramen bar.

The food here is realy good Spicy miso soup is my favorite, is taste not that spicy but the corn and the bean sprouts it give it a crunchy texture...
