We had someone in our party arrive 10 minutes late. When they arrived our waitress ignored them and never offered a drink even though she came by about 4 times and looked directly at them. I had to ask her to get them a drink and menu. At the end, the waitress incorrectly split our tabs and we asked her to correct it. She did not correct it and charged our cards incorrectly anyways. After dropping off the checks she ran off and ignored us and we had to flag some else down for to-go boxes. Food was decent but service was bad.

Ninja ramen is very good, they have a decent selection of ramen and appetizers. It does get crowded from time to time but it's worth it

It was over an hour and half wait.
Needless to say we choose someplace else to eat
Sea food wasnt fresh but loved the atmosphere
Let’s start with the most important part… THE RAMEN! It was absolutely amazing, definitely everything I’d hoped for! Ivy & Ampava, they were both very nice and courteous and we had some nice conversations! I live in Missouri and haven’t found a Ramen place that is good, so being here in Arlington and being able to have such delicious and authentic Ramen was a real treat! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! JUST GO THERE AND ENJOY!

I asked for a strawberry waffle egglette , they said it will be 20 minutes, I waited 20 minutes than I got vanilla ice cream with my egglette ! I told them I ask for strawberry they said we ran out of strawberry ice cream . They could have told me that before I order . & they didn’t refund my money!

They have a big cleaning problem, there are cockroaches, the bathrooms are terrible and the kitchen looks like a mess from the bar.

Food was so nasty I didn't notice they forgot to give me my drink!!! We got 3 appetizers that all were borderline flavorless, I ordered the lychee soda and a water and ONLY got the water IN A CRACKED GLASS. I ordered the creamy chicken raman which wasnt cream and tasted like grass, the restrooms aren't automated the windows has hand prints and gunk on them, the table was wet, it took forever for our server to come around and overall it was a bad experience

A must try spot for some good ramen, great vibes, and wonderful service. Everyone came with a smile. I ordered the seafood ramen, babe got the chicken ramen and neither one disappointed! And they’re open late! Oh and the shrimp dumplings were A1!

Ordered the Tonkotsu I asked for bamboo because it’s on the item description. She proceeded to say it doesn’t come with it and charged me extra for the Bamboo.—Food was good though I wish she would’ve just took the time to look at the menu to correct herself.
