I went to to get the red velvet mini Bundt cake ended up getting 2. Olivia served me 5 star customer service with the best advice on which cake to try. I got the seasonal biscoff cookie butter cake 10/10! She was on point! I’ll be visiting here more often.

The cashier that helped me was friendly (5 stars), but the lady she brought from the back to help with a simple transaction was off putting... borderline rude. I've frequented and have had deliveries from this store often to order a number of cakes for 2 separate companies' employee birthdays and other occasions, and I have never been treated poorly until today. The experience gives me pause. This wasn't her having a bad day—It's her character.

Shrinkflation in action! The bundtinis look about half the size of what they used to be. Very disappointing, as I bought two dozen online for my daughter’s birthday party. Spent almost $60 on these tiny tiny cupcakes. There was NO warning online that they were significantly smaller and the same price, so I assumed I was getting what we had gotten for previous birthdays. Nope. I should have figured something was off when the size of the box was smaller.
I understand things are tough these days, and want the business to make a profit. But they should let you know online what you are getting…and it may be different than what you are expecting. Picture next to a quarter for reference.

Had a pickup order that had a minor whoopsey, when I spoke to Kara the next morning she was very understanding and was able to help me get things sorted for my coworker's birthday, going above and beyond my expectations! The cakes were delicious and the day was saved!
It was a bundlet kind of week. We were sad that they didn’t have the Key Lime, but instead we tried the S’mores and got a few of our other favorites. To start off, the S’mores was pretty good. It probably would’ve been better heated up a bit, with the marshmallows melted. A bit too chocolaty for my taste, but I’d give it a 7/10. Perfect for those who enjoy chocolate and marshmallows. The next one we got was the Lemon, which was yummy. Not too tart and was a moist cake, 8.5/10. The carrot cake was also a yummy flavor and had pieces of carrots in it. Felt like I was eating my veggies for the day. Perfect amount of sweetness, also 9/10. And last but not least, the Strawberries and Cream is one of my faves! 10/10! My other favorites are the Lemon Raspberry and Key Lime. Overall, a happy experience!

The place is okay, the only thing I don’t like is that I just wanted to buy the bag and ballon to put the cake in ( like decor) and they told me they have to do it in order to get the bag and decorations, which in my opinion is dumb because I’m having to wait 10-15 minutes when they could of just gave me the stuff and I could of left.

As always, the cakes at Nothing Bundt Cakes are consistently good. I recently tried the Lemon Blueberry flavor, and it was delicious—moist, flavorful, and just the right amount of sweetness. That said, I personally prefer my cakes without the icing, as it can be a bit much for my taste. Still, if you're a fan of rich, frosted cakes, you'll probably love it. Definitely worth a visit if you're craving a treat!
