Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

The Manager at this location is very very serious about customer experience; we were in for dinner on a very busy night and though my 6 year old got her food right away ours was taking its seemingly normal time. The waiter came by and explained there was a delay, to be honest I didn’t notice; shortly there after we were visited by the manager ( who had already come by to check in) and he apologized and explained the reason for the delay (again I hadn’t noticed a delay based on other Olive Gardens I’ve been too) but he said the entrees were on him. He was very kind and didn’t have to do that my typical OG trip Olin other areas has always taken a long time.
It was better than normal, quicker than I’m used to and the customer service was over the top. The Franchisee is blessed to have such a great staff and manager

Went there following my son's graduation from UTA. The servers were friendly and gregarious.

Wonderful experience. Our server Jarrett was extremely personable and professional, one of the best table presences Ive experienced. The food was great and came out quick. Bonus: we had no issues getting our picky kid to eat! This was a winner!

The atmosphere and the service was wonderful I ordered a chicken alfredo And the chicken alfredo sauce was not too tasty.

It really tasted old at least the sauce tasted old the noodles were great and so is the flavor of the chicken.

My soup did not have pasta in it. I got the Pasta Fagio...it was just not right. Plus the service suck.

Ohh I love the Garden.....a perfect restaurant to taste the Italian pasta. I mostly love their salad, appetizer and the yummy dessert. Must try!
And surely a good place for a nice date night.

Food was great meanwhile the servers made faces because we had kids … that’s not nice especially the girls in the front and the waiter with the pony tail …

Robert was exceeded my expectations. He was very sweet, knowledgeable, kind, attentive. He made our experience lovely from the time we sat down till we left. The manager was very sweet as well making sure me and my mom were taken care of. Ask for Robert when you come, you will not be disappointed.

Ordered the never ending soup and salad, everything tasted great.

The food was very good but the service, not so much. The server seemed like she was in a bad mood and didn’t even wanna serve us. I’m a server myself and honestly I was disappointed.

It seems the only thing consistent here is the Service, Horrible, if you do not like your job and this is to our waitress, find something better it’s not my fault for the choices you’ve made in life. The food was excellent. That atmosphere was good. The manager came by and approached us, but this is the third time in a row. I came here and got bad service. Sad to say I Olive Garden needs to find a Better servers ones that are people friendly and not so tired and beat up by life. If you don’t like your job find something you like you only have one life don’t live it. Doing something you don’t love and trust me the last three servers I had hated their job. I could tell by the service they gave it seem we were a burden to them. We didn’t ask for much. Just take our order. Bring it out. And give us our bill. And here’s you tip.( life. You only live once. Be happy, smile ) Lol And we still tip 25% felt bad for them.

love the food, when I crave pasta its my go to spot, and that soup is pretty damn good too

Just left a fantastic dinner for my family of six. Our waiter Stephen was amazing (best waiter we’ve had this year) and it was a great ending to a great day after visiting the national Medal of Honor museum. We will be back.
