Olives Mediterranean Grill

We’ve gotten takeout about 10 times from Olive’s Mediterranean Grill. We’ve tried almost all of their main dishes and liked them all and loved the Chicken Tikka Plate. However, about a month ago we ordered it like usual and instead of plump chunks of marinated chicken, it was the same chunks but now they had been cut open in several places and this dries out the meat. We thought it was a one off that maybe the cook was just making sure that the chicken was done by cutting into the meat. However, last week we ordered again chicken tikka two plates. Again, the large chunks of meat were cooked and then had been cut into again this time they weren’t as dry. I’m not sure what’s going on but wanted the owners to know that there’s an issue. We love all the other food we’ve gotten. The baba ghanoush is amazing, the garlic sauce is next level. I don’t love hummus, but I like the hummus from olives and my wife thinks it’s the best she’s ever had .Everything‘s always fresh and well cooked except the chicken tikka skewers are dry now.

Always love coming to this place! It is truly a hidden gem. The quality and authenticity of the food is always top notch. Peyton, who’s been our server a few times is great and knowledgeable and very personable. This time we had the tomato soup, falafel, the gyro platter, lamb shank and baklava for dessert. Everything was delicious. If you’re in Arlington, or not, you must try this place out, you will not regret it. Best Mediterranean food we’ve had in Texas!

We have been going to Olives for many years and have never had a disappointing experience. The food is great, the people are very nice, and prices are reasonable. It is BYOB (they have wine glasses), which helps keep costs under control. One of the nicest things about Olives is the ability to hold a civilized conversation without having to yell over the other diners. A definite date-night spot. They have my very highest recommendation.

We were looking for good Mediterranean in the south end of Red Deer and this is it! It’s good fresh in store and just as good delivered. Husband and kid approved as well!

Perfect Private Party Venue - Amazing Food & Service!

We recently hosted our annual department holiday party at this fabulous adorable restaurant, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! The owner was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to host a wonderful private event, which made the evening feel truly special.
The food was EXCELLENT—fresh, hot, and delicious. We had a wide variety of guests, and everyone was incredibly happy with the options, which included excellent meat and vegetarian dishes. The entire department had a fantastic time, thanks to the wonderful atmosphere and outstanding catering.

Our server was a teen boy who was kind and attentive! While serving us and three other tables he was also handling the drive thru, but never let our drinks empty or our food get cold! Speaking of the food… delicious! Everything we ate was fantastic and I can’t wait to come back

First time visiting this place and was welcomed right away when we came in. Service was great and my goodness the food was amazingly fresh and delicious, the I forgot to take pics but got pic of our appetizer. Hummus was delicious and the pita was toasted!

Chef Ozzie catered a party at the Legion Hall on Emma street for movie goers who had watched the movie Eternity. Oh my, delicious food and so nice to work with Ozzie. 10 Stars.

This restaurant is adorable and delicious! There are alcoves with tables to make it feel like a private experience. Every bite of food I tried was delicious- we had falafel, hummus, baba ganoush & dolmas to start and garlic chicken, gyro & moussaka for our entrees. We were not disappointed. It was flavorful & tender. Our server was kind, knowledgeable and efficient. We will definitely visit again.
