Food was good but the supervisor or manager dude followed me and said I didn’t tip???? But I gave my waiter the money so I told him to look at the cameras and he walked off aggressively. If he disrespects me again then I will simply ask him to step outside and have hand to hand combat, he ruined my good mood and i was embarrassed to be put in a situation where I did nothing wrong. I am a regular here so he can really step outside if he has an issue with me

Very relaxing and new experience. You grill your meats at your booth or table at your leisure. Plan on spending at least 1 to 2 hours eating. A fun experience!

This dry salmon teriyaki and cold sides was $30. This is my first and last time. There is no sauce. It's so dry it honestly looks like plastic toy food. Lesson learned.

I initially enjoyed the food here but the service you receive is not worth it. They are not attentive. It is confusing who actually is your waiter. The call buttons mean nothing, when they don't come see what you need. We had to literally search for our waiter to get our bill so we could leave.On another night, I traveled long distance wanting Korean BBQ just to be told they wouldn't seat me because it was just one person. The attitude they had is what rubbed me the wrong way. I asked to speak with the manager and was told she was busy and that there would be a language barrier anyways. They didn't offer to let me order straight from the menu to go or sit at the bar.My niece really loves this place but there are too many option for Korean BBQ now for me to ever go here again.In the SERVICE industry, you should provide good customer service....They've lost a few customers from our end.

Friends and I have been coming here for years. The food *never* disappoints--if you want Korean BBQ, Omi is the spot. In my experience, even better than some of the more expensive Dallas joints.Just make sure you come hungry.
Absolutely fantastic, the meats were good cuts and the service was great. The restaurant is nice and has awesome atmosphere. I will definitely come back next time I am in town.

Quality wise, food is also 5 stars, overall if they had a little bit more options for the meat, they'd be unstoppable. Terrible service decent food. The food was not bad, but their system for serving the food was inefficient. You could press the button 3 times and no one would come to your table so it did not feel like it was “all you can eat”. Was not worth the price we paid.

DELICIOUS. For a mid-cost kbbq place ($30 per person dinner), it’s not that bad. Sides are tasty, beef entrees are tasty, great service even though our table kept on ringing the assistance bell for various things, attentive staff. I fully enjoy each time I visit
