The $14.99 3 course meal deal is misadvertising. It’s a way to get you in and have you spend more money that’s why the menu is not posted. I hadn’t been to outback in years but wanted to go because I use to like it a lot. I left wishing I’d just went to a non commercial restaurant. The 3 course meal is a small select and price increase for the better option but if you’re not careful you'll miss the increase in charge. Our waiter John told us after we were done that everyone misses it. I wondered why he kept saying just order food don’t tell me the price lol. We’ll talk about the price later I’m like what is he talking about. He also charged me for carbonated water out of the fountain. Bottom line I just wished I’d went to a better place for the price. The food was bland. Brussels sprouts are over the top ridiculous additives and still wasn’t good. I didn’t realize they had pork in them until I ate a few. Unfortunately, it was an old favorite that is no longer relevant. Needless to say I’m done with Outback for life. You just want to enjoy your food for the amount of money you pay these days and this was disappointing

Went to have dinner on 2/22/25 and was super disappointed due to the fact that our food took almost an hour to come out and then it not be cooked the way we wanted it. Then to submit a concern on their website and still to this day have not received a response. Our server Jeremy was great!!! Will definitely not be going back!!!

Disappointed, my parents go to this location every year for their Anniversary. My mom is 82. I called the restaurant and asked to pay for a dessert for them. She said No, we can do something nice. Well, they did nothing. I wasn’t asking for anything Free. I understand the Manager wasn’t onsite, but the kitchen Manager was. Thank you for the automated response. You’re one heck of a owner

The restaurant had 2 young ladies as hostess and both asked while next to each other how many are in your party....4 different times....asked this question while next to each other. Besides that food was great, our servers have always been amazing. Never had an issue with this restaurant. Just saw it as odd what the hostess did.

Dirty dining area, poor service. Ordered a 4 course meal at 11:30am, the restaurant was dead but somehow our personally distracted server couldn't get soup/salad or appetizers to the table until he brought our steaks as well. Our table was not pre-bussed, even though we had 4 courses for 2 all over the table AND we were sitting directly next to the front doors where 2 hosts & a manager could see the mess on our table the entire time they stood around waiting for the doors to open. The staff at this Outback should pay more attention to the patrons that are actually sitting in their restaurant than the ones that just left or are about to come in. There are too many restaurants within walking distance of this Outback to pay for that service & atmosphere.
**Update 1/19/2023: Gave it another chance and will not be back. Service wasn't bad this time but the food was awful. Our salads were not even close to fresh and the rest of our food was basically salt. We ordered 3 steaks with shrimp, a bloomin onion & chicken and everything was so salty we couldn't actually eat our food. I kinda think the cook has COVID & maybe can't taste. It was a big disappointment.
