The best seared ahi tuna..so fresh and delicious, salads are fresh, bread is warm, baked potato you can eat without anything. I'm very picky about my ahi tuna and they don't disappoint

I noticed the rating came up with our usual location, but the comments below regard the Bryant Irving road location.
Pro's and cons: we love the fried mushrooms. They were great as usual. That may be the only thing we return for moving forward. The service was great. The baked potato was great. Kinda hard to mess that up. The Ribeye meat itself was full of gristle. The new searing method ruined the steak. It was not flavorful like it has been in the past. It was cooked to medium as I requested. My wife got the petit filet. Same story, neither of us liked it. I also had coconut shrimp. They were good but the sauce was non eatable. Additionally, the meal was overpriced. Bottom Line We were long time satisfied customers. That ended. I'm not the type that complains often. I hope you take note of this comment and regroup before you go out of business. Sincerely Ken Gourley

We called ahead of time and was told 30 minutes to be seated. We arrived and an hour later we still had not been seated. I asked to speak with manager. Several tables were just sitting and talking. 1 table she told me had been there for 2 hours. She told me that Outback steakhouse policy is that they can not ask guest to leave. As I am writing this the party is just now leaving. So they were here over 4 hours. The manager was very frustrated because other guest could not be seated They had a large party. Outback needs to change this policy. You will loose a lot customers and money with type of policy. I called 715 pm. And it's now 9 pm still waiting on our food. Not good business

Their liquor drinks are really overpriced and they have trained the staff to fill the glass with plenty of ice. I k ow this is a trick, as ive taken a bar tendi g class. No way Crown should cost more than Hennessy. Both were too expensive.
