Arrived at 7:05pm yes was a walk in for a table of 2. Said it would be 30 to 40 minute wait. Tables were dirty and the guests were gone. They cleaned the tables by moving dirty dishes to another dirty table. It was obvious they were short handed. But I didn't get a table until I made a reservation with open table. Take out would have been the way to go for New Year's Eve.

It’s so sad how bad PF Chang’s is now. The chicken in the Chang’s Spicey Chicken used to be real pieces of chicken that was seared in a wok and now it’s pieces of more unhealthy batter than chicken pieces that taste like they were frozen and the deep fried and been sitting around for hours. Today is the very last time I will waste my money.

Loved the atmosphere of this spot. It's definitely great for a date night. Our server was fantastic. My orange chicken was over sauced which Im picky about otherwise it was good. The trio desert flight is totally worth it!

Me and my family of 4 came in for lunch & my kiddo spilled a drink. Our server Ryan was so understanding and made me feel comfortable, the mess was cleaned before I could blink it seemed . The food, atmosphere & especially the service was 10/10 !

Our server, Travis, was attentive and checked on us multiple times to make sure we had what we needed for a pleasant dining experience. When we made a request, he remembered promptly. He was friendly and seemed to enjoy serving us.

Save your money and buy the PF Changs frozen meals from the freezer aisle. That's what our meal tasted like. The only good item were the lettuce wraps. We had a reservation, and even though the restaurant wasn't too busy, we had to wait forbthem to put our tables together. I had reserved because we were a party of 8. I also confirmed the reservation. Our meal felt rushed. The main meal came out before they had cleared our plates. There wasn't enough room on the table, so there we were, all holding our appetizer plates while two servers tried to find room for our main meal. The food had no flavor. The spicy chicken tasted like sweet and sour. A disappointing experience, especially since we were celebrating two birthdays (which I noted on the reservation).

Love their lo mein and multi-layered chocolate cake! I also enjoyed their pomegranate lemonade. Service was great as well, she was attentive but not bothersome. My only negative on their food was the miso glazed salmon. I tried it twice (within a few days) and both times the salmon was overvooked, causing it to be tough and dry. Overall, this is a great place to enjoy a meal. I wish I lived near this establishment, I would eat there daily.

In my experience, the quality has been subpar. Honestly, I feel that even Panda Express tastes better than the food I've been served twice at this place. Nothing against servers, because they were great and friendly. The problem lies in the kitchen, as in maybe they are rushed, understaffed, not trained well enough, or maybe they are being told to cheap out as much as possible on the portions and on the ingredients used. Not worth the price at the present moment when you can get great tasting food at Panda and it takes 3 mins to get it, as opposed to mediocre food that takes 20 mins to get.
