The man outside call the tow truck on me with out even giving me a notice I was waiting for an online order. How was I supposed to know that after paying you have to get a parking pass.

I am not quite happy with the portion, I ask for bigger plate but it’s not even half of the plate. I asked if we can do only 1 item bigger plate they said yes but ended up getting half of the plate .

This review is for ALYSSA, she is the one reason why we love this restaurant. She is such a very soft spoken, respectful, responsible person! She alway handles us with care and makes THIS panda stand out. I hope y’all strife to keep her and move her up in this place for management. Such a great person to have on the panda team!

I had placed an online order, and arrived at 9:57pm. I saw the drive through wasnt moving and there was a couple of cars so i decided to go inside to pick up my order. The doors were locked so I stood outside waiting for someone to open the door because why are they even locking the doors that early? It clearly says theyre open until 10:30pm. This guy with glasses came to the door and asked if i had a pick up order without opening the door, i nodded yes, he opened the door and asked me again “do you have a pickup order” in a rude and almost yelling tone. I said yes I have a pickup order. His body language and tone were very rude. Not coming to this location again. Not welcoming at all.

I went to an interview there he was rude like I made a crime
I showed up before they closed. They never got to me on the menu when I was waiting outside and then turned the menu off as I saw the employees working that was terrible service. I was trying to give the economy a stimulation.

Food never fresh and we always get ends and pieces of entrees. The whole entree was just breading. Drive through employee last week was rude and shut the window in our face after asking to make another order. Manager is very nice

The food was good. The portion is good for the price. Service was good.
This is the fourth or fifth time I’ve visited this Panda Express location, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. The staff is extremely rude, unaccommodating, and unprofessional. Each time I’ve come in, the level of service I’ve received has been noticeably different depending on my skin color, and that is deeply concerning.
As a Black customer, I’ve observed that the staff tends to be friendlier, more patient, and more attentive when interacting with non-Black customers—particularly Mexicans and Caucasians. In contrast, the moment they see that you are Black, the tone changes drastically. The communication becomes curt, dismissive, and even condescending. It is not just frustrating—it is unacceptable.
What makes the experience worse is the behavior of the manager. She is incredibly rude and unfit for her role. Rather than leading with professionalism and fairness, she sets a tone of disregard and disrespect that trickles down to the rest of the staff. There is no effort made to resolve concerns, listen to customers, or ensure that everyone feels welcome and treated equally.
I’m sharing this because no customer should ever feel belittled or unwelcome because of their race. It’s time for Panda Express to take a serious look at how this location is being run and address the clear lack of customer service and inclusivity. We all deserve respect—period.
