First time at this Panda Express and last. Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 meals. Asked for side of Broccoli but they only had a mix of Broccoli/kale/cabbage. The food was not good. The pepper steak tasted off, chow mein was dry, and the broccoli questionable. Customer service was ok. The food was the problem.

This is my first time that I have to write down a letter to complaint about something. I had great experiences with Panda Express, and Panda Express is always one of my best choices. But today, I had a very bad experience at the store in Park mall Arlington. I got some coupons from you them for new year promotion, and I wanted to redeem 2 coupons. But the employees were very rude to me, one girl's name is Gabi. At first, she denied to redeem my coupon and told me she couldn't do that at this store, I tried to explain to her, and finally I got it. But while I was talking with her, another guy (a tall guy with black glasses- Aidan) came, and he talked mean words to me. At first he said my coupons have expired which it is not, and when I presented the second coupon, he said they could only take 1 coupon per order, then I told him I want to make it 2 transactions, he said that the second transaction have to be over $2 in order to qualify (while the coupon says any purchase would be qualified), then I agree to buy a transaction for over $2, he then says "to be honest, we only accept 1 coupon". I have never seen this kind of service before where they try to make it harder to buy something by keep lying about their policy!! He made me feel like I'm being discriminated against because I'm Asian, and I am trying to get free food from them (but I got coupons from promotion and I am paying for my food). You guys are not only sell food, but also sell the service. Today is very bad day to me. I will never come back to this location.

I mean you wait in line and then the people in front of you order and then you're told that they're closed and that they don't have any food left but they serve the two people in front of you and you even have photographic evidence of it so I'm not very happy with the deliberate exclusion because they didn't feel like taking an order so I wouldn't recommend it. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody, they need to do better. Honestly just call corporate and if they need prove i have it

The Management at this location is ridiculous. After waiting in line for over 30 mins I get to the window, and politely asked for extra chili sauce. His response was “no we only give 2” I politely offered to pay for the extra and he was adamant on his No. I then asked for a refund where he very rudely said he could not do that. I don’t understand why customer satisfaction isn’t a priority. I’m pregnant and honestly waited for that meal all day which I sadly did not receive. I think they could be a lot more kind to their customers.
