I am pretty sure chicken teriyaki is their #1 sold item, yet they never have enough. Always always a 20 minute wait. Terrible employees that are rude and slow. Never coming again.

This is by far the worst panda in the area. Employees didn’t acknowledge me for 10 minutes for a DoorDash pick up order and then they didn’t have the order ready and gave me no timetable. Wasted 30 minutes just standing in there

I drove thru to pick up my crave fave - orange chicken! I have been to quite a few Chinese food establishments but, to me, NONE of them make orange chicken as good as Panda Express. It is so savory and delicious! The Panda Express on S. Cooper St. in Arlington was quick and generous. I'll be going back next month for more!

They open at 0900 but they dont have most of their menu available. Why even open at 9 if you're not going to be ready. Just open up later smh.

We waited in drive through but the line was not moving. I was able to back out and go inside to get my online order. But even inside I had to wait nearly 1 hour. The Manager, who was either Korean or Japanese ,was really understanding. He apologized to me and gave me free drink and a free meal for future. But this location is always ,always slow. Why can't they make enough food ,especially chicken Terriaki to deal with their busy times...? Why ?

I recently decided to start eating at Panda Express again after a four year break, which I initially avoided due to the poor service I received at this location back then. The only reason I decided to visit today during my lunch break was because of the walnut shrimp. However, I don’t plan to return, as my kids love Panda Express, but I prefer to take them somewhere that values and appreciates its guests.

Unfortunately, Flora, who served me via the drive-thru, was extremely rude. Thanks to her, I’ve made the decision not to come back. Customer service is crucial when working on the front lines.

We ordered online with a pickup time of 6:35. We showed up and they were behind. They told us 7 minutes but that turned into 25 minutes. They had 1 kid cooking that clearly had an attitude problem. Thomas was great and very empathetic.
