Just another lying location...there's absolutely no Panda on the menu. I even asked, they DO NOT SERVE IT. Shrimp and Beef Sesame Bowl wasn't bad

It was nice.
I am a long time diner at this chain of restaurants in the tarrant county area. I will up my food rating to 4 stars, only because of that. My main gripe with Panda is the inconsistent serving of the food portions of the entrees. Now you can get a pile of rice or chow mein, which is good but the fluctuations in the entrees servings is challenging: do I ask for more and look greedy or take what I given and feel cheated. I try to be aware of what could be influencing the flux but it's only fast food, and I'm not trying to be negative. It's pretty good food and I'll keep going there for something different to eat.

Was ignored at the speaker then told to drive around back through the drive thru to order. Dumb employee. Won't be back to this location.

Pini manager wouldnât help get my order correct. She said if you want to order do it on line I refuse to take your order. Her customer service was terrible. She didnât care that last week I took my order back because I wanted Beijing beef and got orange chicken she said no replacement. My receipt said Beijing beef.

Arlington location on green oaks terrible dry orange chicken undercooked noddles they mixed in orange chicken with kung pow basically nothing was there stay away no wonder there was no one at this location
The food was fresh, but had way too much seasoning. Iâm hard of hearing, autistic, and struggle with thought process⊠had a really long day and came here to eat with my mother, pregnant sister, and brother-in-law after coming from the Arlington mall (prices for food are higher there). And I come in to order food, and the Manager (Nametag: Ann) was AWFUL! I havenât been to panda since they started using plates, so when she asked âhere or to goâ I said âhereâ under the impression I would still get a To-go box. When I saw her pull out a plate, I said âoh, sorry, I meant to-goâ and she looked at me with a harsh glare and said âthatâs why I asked. You could have just said to-go. You can still eat it here.â And I apologized and she kept going on for a few lines, with a harsh glare and aggressive body language. I did NOT feel welcome. I ordered a bigger plate, and she gave me a plate, so I had to ask the other lady for a bigger plate since I was genuinely afraid to ask that lady again. I had trouble hearing her previously and she glared at me multiple times. The food was NOT worth the experience, I should have gone to the Sonic next door. I will not be going to a Panda Express again, and I will pass this on. My mom also had to wait for her food, but the one who delivered it was so polite I have no complaints about that.
None of this means to sound like a Karen post, I came here with the intention of a good time and having just got a great purchase at hot topic. I do NOT appreciate when people make me feel like garbage and genuinely afraid, she was acting like my abusive grandpa and that triggered a fear response.
If you enjoy Panda Express, go to a different location. This one is not worth it.
Before you ask âwhy didnât I talk to the managerâ she *was* the manager, nobody else I could talk to and I was already really triggered and afraid of having to confront her AT ALL.

The food was ok. Thought it would be fresh since it was lunch at open. Not too fresh. The highlight was Brielle. She was the nicest PE worker Iâve met. She multitasked and did it with out a frown. Very respectable hard working young lady. Brielle, youâre awesome!

I wanted to take a moment to commend Brielle, who was working the drive-thru window at Panda Express during my recent visit. She was highly attentive to detail, professional, and polite throughout the entire interaction. Itâs rare these days to find someone who handles their role with such care and genuine courtesy. Brielle made my experience smooth and pleasant, and I truly appreciate her excellent customer service. Sheâs a wonderful asset to the team!
