This place is great in person but every time I get delivery they forget the sides I ordered. I ordered a plate and spring rolls and ragoons and only the plate was in the bag.

The food tasted burnt& the low mein was dry .which was unfortunate.. I was looking forward to the lo mein and peppered steak.. I have had other locations.. maybe it was just this one.

This is not a norm for the chain. My experience today was definitely better than most. The Food was hot and fresh (literally every entree and side).
My only true complaint is the drive thru took longer than necessary.
However, it doesn't take away from this recent experience being a good one. I definitely plan on returning.

Best orange chicken. Just right, sweet and firmness make me think about it the next day too.. So glad my school is nearby.

Whether it's the service or the food, I am extremely aggravated by just the lack of attention and consideration for quality service here. Please make a drastic change, or I may no longer be coming here.
