Seemed unwilling to cook food they wdre out of at the moment for my order. I changed my order to try to meet in the middle, and then was informed they didn't have any sides available. Weird situation/encounter, waste of my time.

This has got to be the worst panda express ever. They allways have a limited menu and everytime you go there they never have but a couple entrees available. No matter if you come a hour or two before they close. They need to be shut down or new management!

As soon as we walked in not one employee said hello or even acknowledged us at all. There was no other customers s there and it's obvious they ran everyone off because of very bad customer service. So we came to the other one in grand prairie and sooo much better service and food!!

Really nice place to eat in. The buff asian dude is real cool with all the customers. Friendly and clean. Place is very well maintained. Might be a little cold and the bathroom is weird with two stalls in the mens room but the food and service is one 9f the best I have been to and I eat out alot.

I went through the drive thru and the lady at the window was amazing Maria made my day and we left smiling. The food taste good aswell and the workers were smiling and giggling with us and even made jokes. 10/10 would go back not only for the food but also for the people

Horrible customer service. Let me Order a family meal and said my order was ready. Show up and they don’t even have any food an hour before closing. All they could say was oh sorry & I had used the last of money to buy dinner for my family . Why do you allow people to order online if you can’t fulfill the order? Drive to any other panda but here.

Showed up at 9:30pm and they only had white rice and 2/3 old meat options and when I asked how long the wait for the food I came 15 mins for I was rudely told we are not making no more food for night keep in mind the location close at 10:30

We were greeted as we walked in. It seemed everyone was in a good mood 😉 I ordered the 2 entree plate with orange chicken and beijing beef with a side of grilled teriyaki chicken. Everything was hot, fresh and good.👏

This place is great in person but every time I get delivery they forget the sides I ordered. I ordered a plate and spring rolls and ragoons and only the plate was in the bag.

The food tasted burnt& the low mein was dry .which was unfortunate.. I was looking forward to the lo mein and peppered steak.. I have had other locations.. maybe it was just this one.

This is not a norm for the chain. My experience today was definitely better than most. The Food was hot and fresh (literally every entree and side).
My only true complaint is the drive thru took longer than necessary.
However, it doesn't take away from this recent experience being a good one. I definitely plan on returning.
