Messed up my daughter's order, then refused to honor the deal of giving them my name and getting a free meal for the inconvenience of their mess up. If I could give a negative number of stars it would be neg5 stars

I mean you wait in line and then the people in front of you order and then you're told that they're closed and that they don't have any food left but they serve the two people in front of you and you even have photographic evidence of it so I'm not very happy with the deliberate exclusion because they didn't feel like taking an order so I wouldn't recommend it. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody, they need to do better. Honestly just call corporate and if they need prove i have it

The worst. I never eat at this location but it was late and our usual Chinese places were closed on a Monday. Went to drive through. Got a family meal of Beijing Beef and a honey sesame chicken. The beef was inedible; the breading was raw so it's was a slimy mess. The chicken was cold congealed mess. Mostly soggy breading. Called the store and they were closing. Was offered a credit but I wanted a refund so told I had to come see the Mgr and bring the food. Next day returned it and got a refund.

I know it's fast food and not authentic however it needs to be the best of its kind. It is NoT. Broccoli beef tasted old and cold. Noodles were disgusting. Do better and don't just throw this together and come up crappy Young staff was nice especially young in drive up. Would be a shame if this place shuts down due to way below par drive up food. These young adults need to work. Food was nasty and I'm being nice.

When I'm craving some mall food court food, Panda is usually my default. This Panda is located inside the Parks Mall and is a bit pricier than usual (probably due to the expensive lease). Typically, when my GF and I visit this Panda it's always busy, but they are very efficient and process long lines super quickly. During our visit here I ordered the 3 entree plate. We got half fried rice and half chow mein. For the entrees, we got sweet fire chicken, orange chicken, and kung pao chicken. The Chow mein here is a bit too oily and bland. Luckily, the fried rice was very flavorful and had a good amount of egg in it. Both the sweet fire and orange chicken were covered with way too much sauce that it felt like I was just chugging cans of Panda Express sauce. The chicken was crispy, but you couldn't really taste the meat since the sauce masked everything else. However, the kung pao chicken was amazing! It wasn't covered with tons of sauce and was very tender. I highly recommend getting the kung pao chicken here if you like spicy food. Overall, this Panda Express is a decent value for shopping at the mall, but I wish they would dial it down with the quantity of sauce used.
