I go to Panera quite often and have never had a bad experience until this morning. I ordered a egg and cheese on a brioche bun on the app. I picked up my order and was ready to devour it. I bit into the sandwich, and I immediately notice something didn't taste right. It had bacon on it! I have been pork free (pescatarian) for over 2 years now. Before I jumped to conclusions, I had to make sure I didn't order the wrong sandwich...I didn't. I'm glad I was sitting...
Great service but the size portion to the price is horrible. I ordered 2 large homemade chicken soups and 1 large Mac and cheese. I paid almost $30 and there was barely any chicken or veggies in my soup. Mainly broth, 1 small piece of chicken and a view veggies. The cups they come in are small themselves.
It was July 23rd. We ordered our food, and grabbed our cups. We went to get some water for tea. It wasn't at our desired temp, however Vanity hooked us up with some hot water. She saved the night. Later on, our food was ready and to our surprise, the crew gave us both free cookies and a written note of thanks. Aaron and Vanity's customer service is beyond satisfactory, it is exemplary.
