I ordered a bread bowl for my son in the drive-through and had to go inside to get a new bread bowl because this is what they gave me. When I went inside to explain to them that this was for my son otherwise I would just eat the bread and the soup separately, they didn’t understand what was wrong with the bread. I explained the best I could that the hole that is supposed to be in the top of the bread for the soup to go in, but was instead on the side of the bread such that no soup could be held in this bread bowl. They didn’t understand and thought that I just didn’t realize that you are supposed to take the bread out of the hole before you pour the soup in. It was very frustrating to have someone explain to me that you are supposed to remove the bread out of the hole that was cut before you pour your soup in. They saw nothing wrong with serving this for a bread bowl. Then they saw nothing wrong with it when I asked for a new one. I had a strong desire to take out my bowl of soup and pour it into this deformed bread bowl right there on the countertop just so that they could watch it spill all on the floor in front of them.

Sandwich was not bad. Mac N Cheese is super creamy, which I like. The only thing that is not good about this store, is the location. It is tucked in to a small block, and when traveling northbound, it will take a while to cross the street during rush hour.

I love this place!!! The food is great and the staff are so friendly!! If there's anything wrong with my order, they allow me to get a refund or exchange for something if it's not what I like. They are super understanding and I'm able to voice my concerns. There's this employee named, Naijha, and she is just the best. Her smile is amazing and she just brightens up my whole day when I see her. This café is just so friendly.

Vegetarian options: there are a lot of soups and salads they can also omit almost any protein if you wanted them to. they're pretty flexible with their food
Dietary restrictions: well honestly I don't have any dietary restrictions so if you do I recommend that you look at the menu on your phone before you go to the restaurant to make sure that there are things there that you can actually eat
Kid-friendliness: it's very kid friendly they do have high chairs but it would be nice if they had booster seats as well
Wheelchair accessibility: in this day and age if a place is not wheelchair accessible... well we don't want to know about it. but this place is so don't worry about it. 😎

- charged for full price out of stock items and offered a cookie… seriously? - sat at window almost half an hour and no one gave any updates on food - was asked to pull up and say for an almost additional 10 minutes while everyone else around was serviced - customer service is not their best forte - when finally received food, everything wasn’t even there
