They only serve Togo but they don't tell you that even when you specify twice at the register for dine in. Then when you do get the food if you ask for a real plate or silverware it's not an option...Good luck eating a bread bowl with a plastic spoon.

Very slow service and forgot the bread bowl part of my single item order.

I ordered a full sandwich and was only given half, and could not go back to make them fix it due to being in a rush. I was very disappointed because it's so expensive and I paid for a full :(

I was honestly disappointed. The sandwiches took around 30 minutes to be made. The place itself was for sure clean, but what I don't recommend is the Cinnamon Roll- the icing was rocky hard and took two hands to piece it apart, just to take a singular bite out of it. In the end, the only thing I like/ recommend is a Brownie.

This is the third time I buy a chocolate chip cookie from here that turns out to be really hard and stale, like it’s been out for days. Definitely not fresh. Today I bought one and ended up actually eating it anyway and got really really sick.

Unwelcoming, unfriendly, rude employees who like to hold your cup hostage, cold coffee, cold pastries, and the absolute worst random hours of operation.

They’re sold out of beverages. ???

Quite, clean, friendly staff, it’s an option for any meal anytime

The Mexican Street Corn soup is a winner and Panera should make it a permanent item on their menu!

No place to park. The parking garage behind it says it's pass parking or event parking only.

Disappointing store , they served me uncooked chicken in my avacado melt sandwich and then instead of apologizing and realizing how much of a big deal it is they offered to give me a free pastry. Salmonella be laughing.
