This is my local Papa Johns - I usually use carry-out and its always been consistent for the past couple years just wanted to thank y'all for the good pizza every time

Man if you want pizza take your business somewhere else. I’d leave 0 stars if I could. It’s a wonder yall even make any sales at this location. I ordered pizza and wings for pickup on the app, and selected payment with cash. I placed the order after 10pm, showed up around 10:45pm to pick it up. The tall guy with the glasses tells my man he already counted his cash drawer for the night… and I go in myself and I hate to be that person but like if the app allows me to select that option for payment yall should have to honor that. Well he just says I can’t do any cash orders after 10pm. If that’s the case why didn’t yall call before we wasted our time and gas to come pick up? We left with no pizza… and extremely upset and disappointed. This is the second time I’ve had issues with this specific store. The first time was issues with the actual food itself.
He didn’t seem to care at all, or like he even cares for his job. If you hate your job that much bro just quit. Your customer service actually sucks, and it just seems lazy. I’m 8 months pregnant and all I wanted was pizza. But yall lost out on money, and had to trash food. If yall are losing money or sales that guy is to blame. Will never return to this location, I have filed a complaint with corporate, and here’s your bad review. Extremely disappointing service, if yall don’t accept cash after a certain time (which if the app allows us to place it after 10pm, corporate must not be aware of how yall are running this store) the app should be changed to reflect that. I’ve never been pissed off the way I have at a fast food place like this. I’ve worked in food service and this whole experience was completely unacceptable. Hard to believe the store operator/manager and or corporate would be okay with losing sales like that. Yall have lost a customer for good.

Service was not good. They look like they don't care about customers.. and I ordered a Large Pizza with pepperoni, jalapeno peppers and mushrooms.. when I get home my has Not Jalapeno peppers at all just a few pepperoni. Very bad experience.

Pizza was hot and fresh the guy up front was friendly he went to the back to get help and the lady came out to help but she always has this mean ugly look on her face never smiles she just looks likes she doesn't wants to be there

This is the worst experience I have had with Papa John's. We are on vacation in Arlington, and our pizza was 2 hours late, and I just sat gave up on it bc I didn't pay yet. When he arrives I was asleep already. The pizza was so old the box was almost tearing at the bottom bc it had been sitting for so long. The pizza itself was cold, and when I tried talking to the guy he didn't speak any English or understood why I was not happy. I shouldn't of had to pay for it, but felt bad bc the guy couldn't understand anything I was saying. Do not order from Papa John's in Arlington by six flags.

Honestly, I don’t know if I should be offended or I don’t know. I just went to pick up my food from Papa John’s here and do the address malfunction. I was having a hard time like holding my pizza because of my dress malfunction mind you everything is covered. I just needed somebody to tie my dress in the bag not touch me in any shape or form of my skin just the dress and the gentleman at the front told me instead I asked him for that. Can you you know can you help me just tire really quick? I mean you have special tires. I didn’t want my top to fall off you know cause I was trying to carry my pizza And this dude Lik gave me the artist like energy like didn’t say nothing at all, and just looked at me and said no I’m not allowed to touch customers like that. Wait what I didn’t ask you for a massage. I asked you to help me tie my dress and I truly believe that if I did not look the way that I look that he would not have Second-guessed it to me. It’s like holding the door open for someone. I’m not telling you to touch you I just want you to help me tie my dress so I didn’t walk outside in my dress fall apart and I am truly an utterly just. I’m embarrassed like somebody really needs to teach these people with customer service skills are Clearly his mind was on something else

We normally order with no problem, today there was no update, no tracking. Finally got a pizza deliver email and no one rang the doorbell, there was no phone call and the pizza got left on the floor on a rainy day. Trey (manager )would not replace the 2 large pizzas that got ruin and would only do a refund thats takes days to get back. At least a phone call would have been appreciated.

If I could leave zero stars I would! We ordered a Large peperoni pizza, now we understand that it was late, but if it was a problem, they should've said it was too Kate to order. They let us order our pizza, had us waiting in the lobby of our hotel for more than 30 mins, only to realize they refunded our money, without a simple phone call! Poor customer service!

Absolutely awful experience!! Order anything, and expect an 2 hr wait. Never received my order, never got updates. All the downsides of using door dash to run your orders…. Cheap companies will fail because of using door dash..
Long and short, never received my order. On top of that I called 4 minutes after them closing (the 4th call to check on the status) to ask why I hadn’t received it and got hung up on twice. Weak restaurant. NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER, AND PAID FULL PRICE. Will demand a refund in the morning.

Still have not received order as of 12:26pm

Update: 1:51am pizza has still not showed up! Absolutely ridiculous! I have staff members here at the hotel saying no one has attempted to drop my order.

I am a teacher who brought a group of students through this town, needing to feed them. Manager was beyond hospitable, advising me on how to order for the group at the best rate online, while still applying my tax-exemption, and was willing to fight traffic to personally meet my school bus in a parking lot. She couldn't have made feeding a lot of starving teenagers any easier, and I will absolutely support this location again, as a teacher feeding students, and from a personal stance as well. Thank you for your help! I haven't received customer service at this high of a level since before 2020.
