I had a wrong order delivered. It was not the store's fault. It was the delivery driver. I called the store and got a refund immediately. I liked how fast they took care of it.

7pm 5 people waiting to give name for pickup. Noone at either reguster. Finally girl decides to take care of it and even though papa tracker sais it's ready, she sais my order isn't ready and walks off. Then another dude walks over I give him my name and he finds it right away. It was there the whole time.

This is the worst pizza place. When you order online, you will never get what you asked for. And they don't care! Take your money elsewhere - Mr. Jim's is good! But this Papa John's is owned by a guy on vacation most of the time and employees who don't give a rat's a about you.
