4/11/24Got the worst service from a pizza place ever. For some unknown reason someone from DoorDash and not a Papa John's delivery driver brought me my order. They knocked on the door and before I could answer the door they ran down the stairs and left. Before I could call the store they came back up the stairs knocked again and I answered the door. I was told at my Dasher "Ray" would bring me my order so I was surprised when a young lady was there to deliver my order. I had a $40 and the bill was $25.56. The young lady said she didn't have any change when I told her that I was not about to give her a $14 or $15 tip she just looked at me and shrugged to which I replied sorry. She didn't even give me the option to go back and get change. I was completely surprised because it repeats of delivery driver has change!!! It ruined my plans for lunch since my car is getting fixed and I had no choice but to order delivery. I called the store and the young lady who answered couldn't be nicer. They had to remake my food after they canceled the original order but to be honest that whole experience just put me off from Papa John's and I declined the order when they came back I honestly don't think I will ever order from them again.

Took 2 hours to deliver our simple one topping pizza. Called after an hour and the manager was rude and acted like because it was cold yes just cold not snowing or raining was a good reason to deliver late. There are so many options for pizza so you Bern warned do NOT use papa John's until they can prove after all these years they can deliver a pizza.

My family always have papa john's every time we have pizza. This location has been going bad in terms of quality of pizza. We always order almost same items, but we all end up incorrectly made pizza. My Hawaiian pizza has either almost no bbq sauce or absolutely no bbq sauce. Other pizzas has way less toppings with huge dough around the edge.I'm not sure if this is only for this location. This down hill all started almost one year ago. I'll try different location of papa john's, and hope the other store makes pizzas correctly.

I just said depends on the person made the crust this time is so dry and hard to eat.Other than that good pepperoni.
Horrible experience with girl cash register worker for the closing shift. Gave my order to the wrong person for a Grubhub delivery, told me to confront the driver for her mistake (and dangerously enough I did) and said to me “Contact Grubhub there’s nothing I can do. have a good night” and the Grubhub driver was drunk and just told me to go inside and talk to her as to why she gave him my order (so I did), and then she runs right back outside and chases the dude down to get my order and he hands it back to her as I watch inside the store of them exchanging my order with the right order (he had a delivery for 1 pizza no drink and I had 3 pizzas with a drink).

the food is not even worth the price. they are stingy with the toppings no matter what and not exactly wanting a mostly cheese pizza if I didn't order one. Disappointing but to be expected. Little Caesars all the way from now on!

The strip mall they are in is sketchy, I have yet to have any issues with harassment or any other types of issues.Parking: Multi business on site, no set parking for specific stores. Very limited parking for wheelchairWheelchair accessibility: Not really easy access for getting on to the side walk.
