It's frustrating because when you order usually your pizza is delivered by DoorDash. If you pay by card you have to tip ahead of time and the DoorDasher is usually late and doesn't follow instructions. If delivery was by Papa Johns Delivery drivers I would like this place better.

Manager is incredibly kind and helped right an order from the other day that mever got delivered. A small hiccup but he made it right the next day once I formed. 10/10 service and pizza.

The service in this particular store is extremely bad. I've come several times to pick up orders, never ready. The boy who's always in the front barely talks to the customers. They have a schedule on the front door, but they closed 1 hour before and said it's an old schedule, no prices in the menu, no receipts after your purchase..... unfortunately, I have nothing positive to say.

I am writing this review to try and send a message to management. This location is giving a bad name to Papa’s everywhere. The folks inside the store seem friendly enough, but every aspect of the pizza just isn’t up to snuff as a long time PJ’s fan. I need to find a new location or switch pizza brands.

$25 large cheese with stuffed crust btw... actually can't..it taste bad and I mean look at it and the stuffed crust isn't even salvageable.

I placed an order, watched the delivery driver pull into the drive up on my camera, place the order 'delivered' and drive away. The best they could do was void my order... what a waste of time.

I wish I could give this store a big fat whopping zero stars. I ordered online and just the preparation took over 10 minutes! How hard is it to make a peperoni pizza? I got my stuff and the pizza is so greasy and nasty that it gave me a headache. Kept falling apart, dough not cooked thurly which it's very dangerous to digest. I also ordered the brownies that were also undercooked and I'm not sure what ingredients they use, but if they have eggs then it's also dangerous to consume. Overall they need to do a better job. They don't care for how the pizza turns out. My advice to people reading this. Save money and go to domino's:)
They spit on every pizza they make unless you are watching. There's no camera where the pizzas are made for this reason. I'm dead serious. I wish I didn't have to write this and could get pizzas from there instead, I used to like their pizzas.
Kid-friendliness: Take them to Mama's pizza or something.
