No complaints really but with the crispy alligator they changed the whole thing, now it comes with hot honey dipping sauce and no more of the little fry things 💔💔💔 don’t try it (ik we messed it up i was hungry) but fr they need to bring the old one back

Service at this location (Copeland &I30) was AMAZING! Lexx was our server. She is top-tier. The food is always great at Pappadeaux. We left so full, we could barely move.

Antonio, the manager at Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen, runs a tight operation and it shows.

We came in during a busy time and the service stayed smooth from start to finish. Antonio was present on the floor, checking in at the right moments and making sure his team stayed organized. Our order was accurate, the food came out on time, and the pace of the meal felt right.

What stood out most was the consistency. You can tell he sets clear standards and holds the team to them. That kind of leadership protects the brand and builds customer loyalty, which is exactly what long term growth depends on.

Great experience overall. Antonio deserves recognition.

Was there with a small group celebrating another couples 55th anniversary. They picked this place because igmf the food, service, and ambiance for a special night. Pappadeaux's on I-30 in Arlington, TX delivered on all. Food was great, wait staff were over and above (10's), and we just had a good time

It was my second time coming and it was okay. The blackened and grilled catfish with the red beans and rice was delicious but one of my pieces of catfish wasn't cooked all the way. Happy that I came and went.
