I love Pappasitos!!
First time there. I was part of a new 55 and older new facility in Arlington. The food was amazing. The staff was wonderful in how quickly everyone received their food and there were a lot who attended. The staff was upbeat, friendly and made our event fun. Also, clean restrooms.
I will definitely go back to this location.

Our waiter, Creighton, was a total rockstar. Attentive, kind, and somehow always at our table right when we needed him. He could pass for a Ralph Lauren model, but what impressed us more was how genuinely he cared.

When one of our meals came out wrong, he didn’t make excuses, he fixed it instantly. Then Samantha, the manager, personally came by to apologize and make sure everything was perfect. That kind of heart is rare these days.

We were on a double date, and by the end of the night, everyone was smiling, laughing, and a little misty-eyed from how good everything was (those ribs and lamb chops? life-changing). Five stars isn’t enough. This place fed our hearts as much as it did our stomachs. ❤️

December 6, 2025 was our first experience dining at this restaurant. For us to go after a championship game in the city the wait was decent. I must say I've eaten at MANY MANY Mexican restaurants in Texas, Mississippi, Chicago, and other places. I was shocking surprised at the favor of the meat and food. The meat alone was the best seasoned meat EVER. We enjoyed the all the food. Highly recommended

Good food servers are very professional my server name was Justin I had spicy barbecue ribs delicious 😋

Our Waitress Alma was very excellent, but the hostesses were repeatedly rude and unprofessional, we waited 2 hours and people who walked in behind us ate and left by the time we were finally seated after asking multiple times

Have dined here many times..first time it was unsatisfactory..beans were undercooked, rice was cold..fajitas meats were excellent..server was pleasant..perhaps just a bad time of day..won't revisit for a while

Quite possibly my best dining experience ever. Top notch from start to finish. The food, the service, the environment - everything was just perfect.
Great management too, just the most incredible lunch (and dinner too with the boxed up leftovers)!
