This place is beautiful and staff is very friendly and helpful ESPECIALLY Kyniah! She answered all my questions and was so sweet. Sheraton Arlington is lucky to have Kyniah because based on her professionalism and helpfulness I will most definitely be coming back and staying again!

Overall the hotel was ok. Stayed there because it's a 15 minute walk to stadium where Texas Rangers play. Room was fairly clean and bed comfortable. But bathroom was not very clean. Grout on floor nasty. And I had to complain 3 times before housekeeping came and used Clorox on grout. It was better but put a bath towel on floor to cover grout. Also cracked tiles around shower. Was told twice that manager would come to room to look at floor, but she never showed up.! Need bathrooms to be updated. Basic rate was $185.00 and feel too high for condition of room. Ate 3 breakfasts there and food was very good. Service very slow. 4 elevators, but only 2 working.

This hotel is a great place for a baseball fan like myself to rest, in the middle of a cross-country road trip. The complimentary parking saved me the expense and hassle of driving to the ballpark. It's a short (maybe 15 minute) walk, but there is a free shuttle for those who prefer to ride. The hotel is within a easy drive to both Ft. Worth and Dallas. The main restaurant was closed during our stay. The in-house convenience store had limited options.

My stay was very welcoming at the Sheraton I enjoyed the hotel and stay very much I was helped by a nice young woman Kyniah hall , she made sure to help me and my family find things close around to do and answered all the questions I had she was a very big help and and very friendly
Probably one of the best stays I’ve ever experienced. The beautiful lady at the front. I believe her name is kyniah and she was so helpful and always had a smile on her face. Any questions or concerns she helped without making me feel like a bother. 10/10. I will definitely visit this hotel again.

Location, location, location! This was the main reason I booked it. My daughters were attending a concert at Global Life Field. The Sheraton was the perfect place. There was a city trolley that stopped by the hotel regularly that took the girls to the field and after the concert I walked and met them halfway. It was three blocks away…. The rooms are a little dated(worn), but the showers were updated. I would definitely stay again just for the location!

KYNIAH was so amazing. Super friendly and attentive, best concierge experience I’ve ever had. Lovely hotel with great rooms but Kyniah was the cherry on top. Our work event went super well and the staff was very helpful

We came for an event and the staff treated us so well. Kyniah was absolutely amazing and made sure our stay was excellent from check in to check out. The hotel is centrally located so we were close to great attractions in Arlington.

From the minute we walked up Alyssa was warm and friendly. She recognized it was my birthday and I'm sure she gave us a few extra perks. The corner room on the top floor and access to the lounge for snacks and breakfast really made our stay special. We had a small problem with door lock but Chris from maintenance was right on the spot to get it corrected.
