This place is the bomb! Lots of gluten free and vegetarian options! The cauliflower rice is so good and so worth trying! I would definitely recommend!

I thought I had placed my order through the app, however it had not gone through so the young lady took my order and got it out to me as quick as she could....... Bento boxes love them, you get a little bit of several things.

I love Pei Wei just not this location I used to eat here every week after so many mistakes I'm done, final straw was when I found part of the wire brush for scrubbing the pans in my food, when I called it seem like it was a normal thing that this has happened before, so they replace that meal and even the new order was messed up! I was so fed up haven't been back since

Ordered online and when I got back to work, the sweet & sour chicken was terrible. It was super dry, almost no sauce on the chicken, carrots were black and burned, pineapple was missing, rice was dry. Horribly disappointing meal. Never going back to this one again. I love Pei Wei, but they need some new cooks. Awful food.

I love pei wei but this location is HORRIBLE! your food will be burnt and they will not even pick up for the staff at pei wei phone place. 1 hour I'm and 5 phone lines they still will not pick up. management is horrible and they could care less they get paid, smh. contacting health department and corporate in the am.

place an order online, you get there and they tell you they never got your order. even after you personally spoke to them on the phone. This pei wei is a joke

Probably one of the dirtiest Pei Weis that I've been too. The whole floor in the restaurant was dirty with food like it hasn't been swept in a couple days.Fountain drink area water every where and disorganized. Waste of my $26 dollar bill.

Food is good but, customer service is slow. Online orders are rarely ready on time and not just late a few minuted but, 20 to 30 after the scheduled time.

This Pei Wei has a new manager which is the best thing that has happened to this site. I quit going to this site due to extreamly long wait times EVERY time I went even when I ordered online. The former manager treated the employees disrespectfully in front of customers too. The new Manager Elizabeth has made this site in line with other Pei Wei restaurants. So happy to be able to go back to this site. Way to improve!

Hadn't been here in a while. Placed an online order and I should've known better and checked it before I left. When I got back to work, I realized my order was completely wrong. I tried calling them 3 times and before you can say anything they place you on hold. I waited for about 10 minutes on hold and never got a response. I will not be ordering from here again.

I have frequented this location four times this year. Three of those visits have been in April 2019. I have always had a good experience (I always order on the app and pick up my food to go) and I am grateful. Today however the young lady who was handling the to go/cashier area Tyeisha absolutely disgraced this location and the Pei Wei brand with her rude, immature, unprofessional accucasions and behavior. She accused me of snatching my change from her (I did not) and when I responded wow she needed to work on her customer service, she elevated her voice and got an extreme attitude. Saying that she didn't have to do what I said because I am not her Mom. 😱😱😱😱 She did this with another customer seated in the to go area and I was also on the phone with my husband who heard the comments. I am still astounded at the outright lack of professionalism exhibited. I immediately spoke with the new site manager, Kirk via telephone to advise him of the situation. He thanked me for my call and advised he would handle the matter. Customer service will absolutely make or break an experience and this truly has left a bad taste in my mouth with Pei Wei. My lunch didn't taste the same (not because it was cooked poorly but because of the poor service). I truly hope nobody else has to experience this level of abuse as a customer.
