This place is the bomb! Lots of gluten free and vegetarian options! The cauliflower rice is so good and so worth trying! I would definitely recommend!

Very overrated, we stopped going bc the meat was just way too tough and it was never cut correctly

I've just received my order (via Postmates) after an hour of waiting, which is not even that much of an issue. I'm perfectly aware that ordering via Postmates sometimes takes a while. My issue is with the food that I've received. My order consisted of vegetable spring rolls with extra sauce, and a sweet and sour rice bowl with tofu and extra mushrooms. Vegetable rolls were dripping oil everywhere, completely soaked. Maybe that's also the reason why instead of extra sauce, I've only gotten enough sauce that could've instead been put in the cup lid, instead of the cup itself. Save the environment. Rice bowl, I don't even know where to begin. The tofu is completely burnt and dry on all sides, every single piece of it. The center is dry as well, and chewing it feels (and tastes!) as if I took cold, 3 day old, baked potato wedges. Extra mushrooms turned out to be one small mushroom cut into quarters. The other veggies are only covered in oil, probably sautéed for 2 seconds and taken out of the pan. Sweet and sour flavor we all know is nowhere to be found. I don't even want to imagine what the fried rice is like under the veggies and tofu. This bowl is hitting the trash.

Skeezy... Unfortunately. I love Pei Wei, and I used to love this one. But it's never clean anymore, out of straws or forks or something too. No idea what happened.

This location must be the worst! Extremely greasy pork egg rolls & thrown together General Tso chicken. This cannot be freshly made, because it seems like crappy takeout. Went straight to garbage can, bleh!! I give a 1 star for the customer service.

First time to eat here. The amount of food is great for the price.

I thought I had placed my order through the app, however it had not gone through so the young lady took my order and got it out to me as quick as she could....... Bento boxes love them, you get a little bit of several things.

Similar to the Parks Mall location: used to be good but has gone basically down hill over the last couple years. They've started putting potato starch on the teriyaki chicken and the Mongolian beef, so it's not a tender dish any more. Not a huge deal, you can all for it without, IF the person at the register or the person coming has any clue what you're talking about. They also no longer serve the Vietnamese Salad Rolls. I think whoever is managing these locations is a terrible manager. The ice machine is broken and the soda machine is out of everything except for diet coke, Coke zero, Fanta zero and Mellow Yellow Zero. If course they didn't bother to tell us that before they sold us soft drinks. They will be going out of business if they don't get their act together. It's been a couple years now so I'm not holding my breath. This is probably my last visit to a Pei Wei. Only positive is that the manager (on duty?) was friendly and helpful and apologetic

Gave this place one last shot before giving up entirely. We're done, Pei Wei. Done. Y'all forgot to put the chicken in my "Chicken Pad Thai." Your menu literally says "CHICKEN Pad Thai." And you forgot the chicken. Y'all also forgot the sauce for my crab rangoon. This location is never busy, it's kind of spooky how dead it is inside actually. And yet, my to-go order took over 30 minutes. When I finally did get my food home to eat, it was terrible. The crab inside the rangoon tasted off, I threw them away. The pad thai was sickeningly sweet, oversauced, and the noodles were mushy. It also went into the trash. I'll never return to Pei Wei after this experience. I've never seen a fast-casual concept go downhill as quickly as they have.

I love Pei Wei just not this location I used to eat here every week after so many mistakes I'm done, final straw was when I found part of the wire brush for scrubbing the pans in my food, when I called it seem like it was a normal thing that this has happened before, so they replace that meal and even the new order was messed up! I was so fed up haven't been back since

Ordered online and when I got back to work, the sweet & sour chicken was terrible. It was super dry, almost no sauce on the chicken, carrots were black and burned, pineapple was missing, rice was dry. Horribly disappointing meal. Never going back to this one again. I love Pei Wei, but they need some new cooks. Awful food.

Horrible I ordered online and they lost my order but charged my credit card. Placed order in person and they got it wrong. Ordered Sushi as well and got back to work to eat it and they did not put any soy sauce in my bag. The rice was so dry that the sushi fell apart. I love Pei wei bit will never go back to this location

This is perhaps the worst Pei Wei I've visited. Slow service, food is average and restaurant isn't cleaned. Arrived around 6pm and waited about 15 minutes to be served while there's only 2 people in front of us.
