They are under new management and the food is amazing!! I recommend the pho 100% I went in and sat down to glance at the menu and then I placed my order to-go. They were very patient and kind and had our food out quickly. I live almost 45 minutes away and when I got home my broth was still hot and fresh!!! It was amazing and I definitely recommend!!

They close at 8 pm
I do not like leaving negative reviews but I feel that if I had more knowledge of this place, we would have chosen another place. I am not sure how we endured a whole meal there. We must have been very hungry. After a long day at 6 Flags, we were tired and starving. My husband was craving Vietnamese food - as usual. We tried a different restaurant first but it was closed so we ended up here mainly because it was one of the very few places open.
There were 3 occupied tables - a table that were doing karaoke and 2 other couples. I think the karaoke table were owners/friends because everyone who waited on us sat at that table to sing.
The first thing I noticed - aside from the deafening music - was a strange sewer odor. Thank goodness the water they brought us was bottled water. They came to get our order and we had to point to the menu because there was no way to hear anyone speak.
The food took an extremely long time to come out. We had 4 bowls of beef pho and 1 bowl of hu Tieu tôm mực. One bowl of tge pho - the noodles were severely undercooked and crunchy still. Another bowl was so overcooked that my son said it disintegrated in his mouth. They came out at different times and the disintegrating bowl was the last of the pho to come out.
The 4 of them were more than halfway done with their bowls of pho before my bowl of Hu Tieu came out. It had flavor but not quite the right flavor.. The shrimp was too soft, the squid was too tough and both tasted old and slightly freezer burnt.
We couldn’t talk to each other during the meal because of the loud music. It never stopped - as soon as one song ended, another began. It was literally louder than many concerts I’ve been to.
I have a headache now from the loud music and I have barely gotten my hearing back. In addition, the food wasn’t very good so I am still hungry. The one star was given for the fact that they were still open at 9pm and that everyone that served us was nice.
The food wasn't bad.
Kid-friendliness: Had seafood stir fried with vegetables also pho noodle.

Why is there only old people
I’m scared of this place, never coming in my life time! They judged me up and down. When I walked in all the eyes were on me, was it because I don’t look like them? They refused to serve me, I’m very disappointed, I do not recommend.

This was our first time, we have gone to PHO95 in Arlington for many years but we haven’t been happy with some changes they have made to their food. When we walked in 90 mins before closing we were greeted happily and were told to choose a table, I told the lady it was our first time there and she answered our questions with no attitude and was very nice. She checked on us multiple times before our food came out and I assume it was her husband, brought out our food and made sure we were happy with what we received. He came back not long after and asked how the food was and are we happy with our first time there. They went above and beyond and we will definitely be back, super friendly people and clean place. I will say, you have to pay either cash, Venmo or Zelle which is different but just be prepared
Family owned business and the family takes pride in their amazing food and service! Been coming here for years and my favorite time to come is almost every day!
I have mixed feelings about my experience tonight. Me and my Husband were in search of Pho, but had no luck with our usual restaurant given the hour. We noticed Pho 18 (8 sign is broken) as they were open till midnight. Upon waking towards this place of Business I bore witness to a Man (Looked like staff) peeing on the left side of the building, my Husband stood in disbelief. After waking in we grew excited hearing the Music and thought there was a DJ. After waking in, the Atmosphere was great, but it was a private party - whole restaurant was bought out.
Two issues with this.
1. Door sign says Open
2. No postings about this party to inform the public when entering
3. Bathrooms exists for a reason
Not sure what’s going on here but Pho 18 can handle this better.
P.S. there are cigarettes all over the front door.
We had a small party yesterday at Phở 18 aka Club 18. The food was good. It was fun and we really enjoyed the atmosphere and hospitality of the owner. There is Oneman Band for everyone wants to sing. And there is also a small dance floor for people.
Parking: There are plenty parking.
