PHO GHIEN NEW OWNER !!! New management!!! Special 20 % off
Nice quaint Vietnamese restaurant location near maybe great local Asian attractions.
Service was great the waitress was attentive, super nice and helpful.
Got the pho #15 which was basically a combination of all the meats, had it in a stone bowl with fresh noodles. The broth was flavorful.
Also got grilled pork & shrimp vermicelli. It has plenty of meat and the meat was made well.
Got the grilled pork rice plate. For this I do wish there was a little more meat otherwise it was great!
My family left full and happy.

I'm a local Vietnamese-American, and I enjoyed the oxtail pho as my first dish here. The pho broth here is a little richer and on the slightly sweet side, whereas pho elsewhere is usually skimmed and is more watery than rich. Personally, I prefer the rich broth.
It saddens me to see that on a Friday evening, there were only three tables of diners during the hour we were there. Give this place a try and support our local businesses!

The pho is the best in Arlington. Great service, super good food. This is a go to at least once or twice a week.

Excellent food. This is real and true flavor, just pure honest taste. Love the staff and the owner, the best Pho in Arlington so far!
My wife and I were super impressed, service and foods all came out fresh and delicious.
This will definitely be a gem of Pho go to place for us from now on.?

I was saddened when Pho Pasteur moved out of this location, because when I wanted Pho it was my go to restaurant. That all changed after eating there once and realizing the food was equal to, or better than the previous restaurant. Their spring rolls are fantastic and their fried egg rolls, wrapped in rice paper are amazing! Not had a bad meal yet and I'm now a regular at Pho Ghien and thankful to be.

I am picky with my Vietnamese restaurants as someone who gets plenty of (free and better) Vietnamese food at home, but it's pretty good here. I had Pho Tai Gan Sach. There is not much tripe, so don't expect more than a few strips. The broth to food ratio was off so it IS a bit more broth than noodle. Still a nice meal overall, fair pricing, we came in just after the dinner rush so it was nice and quiet.
