There are alot of Pho Restaurants in DFW, this one has a unique presentation. The Pho comes out in a piping hot stone bowl that is about 300 degrees F. This is not just for looks, it keeps your soup hot all the way til the end when you finish your meal. This is especially great when you drop in the raw meat ingredients that cook in the hot broth ?. I loved this experience. I want to come back and try the other additions such as the rib bone or lobster Pho Ghien100 W Pioneer Pkwy #158, Arlington, TX 76010#pho #foodie #asianfoodie #Vietnamese #arlington #stonebowl

I ordered to go. Everything tastes great can I be better. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the 35$ salad was the size of a 4 dollar salad. That was not right. Other than that everything was good

We love the broth! So authentic! I've had Pho all over the US (SoCal native here) and never have I ever found such a flavor that reminded me of Vietnam! My family came from four generations of a renown Pho joint in Saigon.

Pho in the stone bowl is quite delicious. The bowl keeps the soup hot until you finish it. I would recommend that since I had it twice. Very consistent authentic pho flavor. I did not have anything else

After an eventful evening at Round1, we were craving for pho for dinner. Pho Ghien recently took over the old Pho Pasteur place. I saw a lot of post of their pho in the stone bowl, so I had to give it a try! The service was great, fast and friendly. The stone bowl did keep the pho broth hot for awhile, but the broth is definitely lacking something. Their noodles were also falling apart. They were not skimpy on the meat though. I tried to finish the pho, but I couldn’t. All I ate was the meat and left the noodles back. The bo tai chanh was decent. I don’t think I would come back though.

Haven't been here in years! But this place is still so good! Highly recommended! Clean restaurant, yummy pho, lovely people. My favorite pho place. It feels almost like a secret spot. Great place to visit with friends and family. I will definitely be back more often. ?(My mom recommends the hot tea too)

My wife and I are always on the lookout for Vietnamese restaurants. We always order the same dishes, to use as a comparison to other places, in my case, Beef Pho. On our previous visit, I found their beef pho to be among the very best I've ever had, so for our second visit, opted for something different. I ordered the Bo Kho, or Beef Stew Pho. A rich and spicy beef stew broth that was absolutely fantastic! I've never had any thing like it before, and I'm glad I ventured out of my comfort zone. Customer service was amazing as well. They are always professional and courteous, and will check on us to make sure everything is good. I'm a former server/waiter, so I recognize, and appreciate, great customer service. For those curious about the location, it's on the corner of Center Street and Pioneer Parkway, in the Center Street Court, in what used to be Pho Pasteur. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone interested in great tasting pho.

Ken moved from California to Arlington TX for a while and thought there was no place with delicious An Pho Pho or Pho like in Cali. Honestly speaking.I eat pho in many places, but most of the time I find the pho cooked here is normal, not like in California, especially Pho Ghien, suddenly a pho restaurant appears that is so delicious. The spring roll pho broth is so delicious

If there is no star for this restaurant I would have done so. I ordered stone bowl pho it took more than 25 minutes to deliver to the table, it was disappointed, pho was so bland, noodles were broken bad, short rib was tough and chewy, how do you think serving the customers like that?Pho was without cilantro, onion, scallion, culantro? How do you smell of pho? I did not eat any noodles at all.Paid and left. This was the first and also the last, I would not recommended people to dine here, sorry for saying that but it was the true. I have tried many places but none of it like this experience. So much disappointed of"mang thương hiệu phở ghiền"

Came in for pho and the broth has a sour after taste. It’s a sign the broth is going bad or becoming spoil. Not coming back for this kind of first impression.
