Worse experience ever. Tasted like the chicken was rancid and under cooked. Horrible customer service

Absolute HORRID experience. We got our pho, tasted foul. Immediately sent it back after one bite. And the manager refused to cover it or apologize and just claimed “they didn’t do anything wrong”

Whoever the waitress was that started her shift at PM. On Feb 3rd at 3 something. She was waitress just coming in. After we paid and everything and ask for Togo box. We never got it. She said okay. But she ends up taking care of other customers. We end up waiting 10 min. I end up having to go in front of register and grabbing it myself. I don’t know if she heard my wife. No thank you or anything.

I now live in Las Vegas. This place is a staple in the area. We came in to get a order to go during the snow storm thankful that they were open. Flavors were okay. Amount of sides toppings and meet were just mediocre. I guess I'm just used to my Vegas spots.

My first time there was a great experience.1/14/2026. The young man at the counter had a great attitude and a servants heart. I knew nothing of what i was ordering yet he took the time to explain and suggest things that i could try for my sons situation. ( jaw surgery, mouth wired shut).
I did a carry out order which was ready quick.
My son loved it. We will definitely keep eating at this restaurant.
Remain blessed young man 🙏

I ordered from Phở Pasteur through Uber Eats and was really impressed. The order was accepted quickly and the food was prepared fast, which is always a great sign, especially when ordering delivery.

I was craving a bánh mì, so that was the main reason I chose this spot, and it did not disappoint at all. The bánh mì was exactly what I was looking for. The bread was right, the fillings were well balanced, and the flavors were spot on. It hit that perfect comfort-food craving without feeling heavy or sloppy, which can sometimes happen with delivery sandwiches.

I also ordered the shrimp spring rolls, a meatball soup, and a Thai tea as well, and every item held up really well. The spring rolls tasted fresh and were clearly prepared with care. Nothing felt rushed or thrown together, and they arrived in great condition. The meatball soup was warm, comforting, and full of flavor, the kind of dish you order when you want something satisfying and cozy. It traveled well and still tasted great when it arrived.

The Thai tea was exactly what you want from a Thai tea. Smooth, refreshing, and consistently good. It paired perfectly with the meal and rounded everything out nicely.

What really stood out to me is that the quality of the food came through even via delivery. You can tell Phở Pasteur takes pride in what they send out, not just what’s served in-house. Everything tasted fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and true to what you’d hope for from a Vietnamese spot.

Overall, this was a great experience and an easy decision to order from them again. If you’re looking for a reliable place for bánh mì, spring rolls, and comforting soups, this is definitely a spot worth checking out. I’ll be ordering from Phở Pasteur again.

Best pho broth I’ve had in DFW. It’s so good you don’t even need to add sriracha or any sauce. The hot chili oil here is my favorite part and takes the flavor over the top.

I honestly don’t know how I haven’t managed to write up how much I enjoy Phở Pasteur. Welp. That ends today. If you want to dive face first into a tasty, comforting bowl of phở, look no further. I admit I haven’t managed to eat all the way through this menu, but their beef phở (whether it’s the rare steak, flank, tendon, fatty brisket, meatballs, or all the above) is so incredibly delicious, I just can’t seem to move on—especially when it’s cooler weather or my allergies are acting up or… Just whenever, okay?

Seriously, the broth is fragrant and delicious and the side of jalapeños, Thai basil, bean sprouts, and onions are always fresh. I particularly enjoy it with a pot of jasmine tea.

The waitstaff is always friendly and attentive no matter how busy it gets. I think it’s much easier to walk around in the current location versus their previous one (that had lots of family style seating). It’s hard for me to drive past Phở Pasteur without stopping for a bite. I definitely recommend it.
