The best pho in Texas. My friends and family have been eating here for years and it has always been excellent. Their classic menu items are second to none, but at the same time they are not afraid to add new tasteful dishes to the menu making each trip better than the last. If you are in the mood for authentic Vietnamese cuisine you must give Pho Pasteur a try!

4.3 stars. 1st time to visit. Super friendly owner and upbeat team of employees. Pho was delicious and portion sizes good. Only thing that could've bumped this up a star would've been either an adjustment on the price charged for egg rolls or adding one more to the order. Two egg rolls for $6 is a bit stiff. Co-worker raved about the beef rib pho which looked amazing. We will definitely be back in the near future.

thank you for helping trucker , i’m trucker so when i arrive dallas i have used doordash to order broken rice and i writr intrustion : if the restaurant can add more rice and fish sauce for me i really appreciate that and they did even they add more stuff for me ! because truck driver is hard to finding a good food for eating so thank you very much!
