Pilaski's Donuts

This is hands down the BEST donut shop in our area. One of those family owned businesses that knows their customers & greets you with a smile. Today, the owner gave my 2 yr old a Rudolf the red-nosed reindeer doctorated donut hole to match her sweater. Sometimes, this store isn’t the most convenient to visit but it’s well worth it every single time.

Today , I Was Accused Of Stealing An Apple Juice! This Is The Only Donut Shop I Come To Since Moving To The Area In January. I Go Every Friday And I Tip As Well. Everyone Was Telling Her I Put The Juice The Back But She Didnt Listen. She Kept Pointing At My Front Pocket Which Was Flat. Her Son/Grandson Told Her I Didnt Take Anything But She Ignored Him. I Proceed To Pull My Phone & Keys Out Of My Pocket And Repeatedly Kept Saying I Didnt Take Anything. Why Would I Steal An Apple Juice?! Then She Shooed Me Away Saying “Ok, Ok”. This Was Soo Embarrassing I Almost Start Crying. I Was The Only Black Person In There. I’m Glad The Customer At The Counter Took Up For Me. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO PILASKI’S DONUTS!!

Friendly, and quick to fill my order. Even got laigniappe which we see less of these days. They had kolaches as well which were very good.

The donuts are 10/10. The staff was super friendly and would let you know if some are more expensive than others. Definitely recommend.

Food and service is great. I ordered sausage rolls, cinnamon rolls, apple fritters, and chocolate covered donuts. Everything was so fresh and delicious. There was one man in line ahead of me and a gentleman in the kitchen looked up and saw me waiting and came out immediately to take my order. He even added donut holes free.I was shocked at the low price. All under $10. Very reasonable! Pilaski's is my go to donut shop now. Wish I had found them sooner.

I like sweet n low in my coffee and they used to have it but now they don't so I asked if they could get some more because I am a very regular customer and they said yes they would. That was like 2 months ago and they still haven't gotten any so I asked and they said their company doesn't buy it anymore. They are a franchise I thought which means they could buy it if they cared about their loyal customers requests enough but obviously they don't. I love their donuts though but customer service isn't always the greatest. They're pretty fake and donuts shouldn't cost that much but neither should anything else that's sky rocketed since inflation so Selah...

Owners are friendly and food is always fresh. However, I do show up right as they open lol I recommend this donut shop!??
