Piranha Killer Ramen

The Ramen broth had a great depth of flavor and the sushi was fresh and tasted very good. Piranha Killer Ramen has a very good atmosphere and I had a very good experience.

I’m very disappointed with the management hêre. I called to make a reservation for a party of 12 and was told that they do not take reservations and was a first come first serve basis after 4pm. We would have to come in and wait which I would be happy to. When I got in, I was told that it’s a 45 minute wait which I was fine with. I told them I would wait at the big table since we had a big party and wanted everyone to sit at the same table. I was told that table was already reserved! I thought I was told that you do not take reservations after 4pm. Get your story straight! Will never come back hêre again!

I was never quoted a wait time when I arrived, yet I ended up waiting an extremely long time with zero updates. During that time, I watched multiple parties who arrived after me get seated before I did. When I finally expressed my frustration, instead of showing any empathy or trying to resolve the situation professionally, the staff member at the front argued with me and stated that the sushi wait was 35 minutes anyway, but that they would seat me “as soon as possible.”

Shortly after, I watched two tables leave, and no one was seated in those areas. At that point it was clear there was no real effort to communicate honestly or manage the situation properly. The entire experience was frustrating and incredibly disappointing. I will not be returning, and the lady at the front seriously needs to work on her customer service skills instead of arguing with guests over factual observations.

Great spot for Japanese food. The pork ramen was really good, and the sushi was fresh and tasty. The drinks were really enjoyable, and the service at the bar was excellent. Definitely worth a visit

Delicious food, fair, cheap, and plentiful options during happy hour (3pm-7pm), beautiful cozy atmosphere, fitting music, quick and polite service. What more could you want?

Always great service. Veggie ramen is the only thing I order and I've had it at least 6 times. Desserts are good too but kind of not worth the price. I like how they have seating options to not have to wait for a regular table.

I arrived at the restaurant at 9:15 45 minutes before closing I was instructed that the kitchen would be closing in 15 to 25 minutes which is way before closing and I was told I can only sit at the bar and I did not want to. So I left I'll just take my money somewhere else

Piranha Killer Ramen is not just a place to eat, it's a whole experience. The atmosphere is cool, a little gloomy, but stylish, with neon signs. The staff is very friendly and quick to serve. The menu is small, but each dish is thought out to the smallest detail. A great place to have dinner with friends.
