The food is either great or barely edible depending on who makes it. In my picture is a Forget About It roll with NO seasoning add mango, and a Rainbow Roll ordered a week apart. The top order is sloppy, missing mango, extra seasoning. The rice is crushed, the filling is uneven and the fish is a bunch of tore up trash pieces. The rolls look thrown in the box. I don't know who hurt this chef. The bottom order is correct, perfectly formed, excellent pieces of fish carefully...
I'm going to search to find the review that told me that the spicy me so wasn't that bad. He must have had a very very different batch from the one I had which was full of pepper oil I couldn't hardly swallow it It hurts so bad I had to exchange it for something else.
This has been a favorite sushi spot of mine for 5+ years. Sitting at the sushi bar is my go-to as you can see the sushi chefs in action.
There a nice bar/patio area for outside seating if weather is nice… and the staff is incredibly attentive.
Try the bullet or marry me roll! Calamari is also eXcellent.
