Unbelievably bad experience with unprofessional staff. I was gonna go into detail about this horrible customer service, but I've decided to just simply never eat from there again.

The place is okay. If you use the right deals that's pretty good. Lately I've been noticing it seems they have been putting less and less cheese on the pizza. I've included a picture so that this isn't my imagination. Still my go to spot but if this continues I may start looking for another.

First off I ordered online and my first order didn't go through but yet got charged for it. So I ordered again and it went through, went to pick up my order and my first order magically appeared but my second order was no where to be found. Then was charged a different amount than what I had on my end. Then my pizza was made wrong and they had the nerve to ask me if I wanted the topping just thrown on the pizza or do I want it remade. Only got a partial refund then they tell me I still owe more money on top of my original order.

My order showed up a hour late, the pizzas were delivered cold and also the stickers on the pizza were not secure on the box. Also the store manager didn't seem to give a crap about our problem and tried to rectify the situation. I will be taking my business elsewhere now for pizza. Dominoes at least has better customer service than this place.

Everytime I come here they say they’re backed up and the order is going to take a while whether I ordered something for myself or I’m doing DoorDash.Waiting 40 minutes for breadsticks is crazy

These folks awe wonderful!!! I love Pizza Hut but done eat it often. I order my pizza incorrectly online and they were willing to remake it for me if I waited. I was so grateful! It was a nice change to see these workers working together and having fun too! They're customer service and attitudes were outstanding. Thanks you guys!!!!

I don’t know where to start since the gentleman tha handled phone orders making pizzas phone orders all by hilmself had a pissy attitude and bad mood I wonder why Being overworked and squeezed like an orange till the last drop is out why y’all corporations do that to people that are trying to survive ? Never giving business to Pizza Hut again Ah and the A/C suck and they don’t have a dinning room or tables or water or cup nothing just pizza like you’re buying it from a window in NYC
