I can’t give a review on the food because I never received it. Twice now has these people taken my money but has not given the food they claim the door dasher dropped my food but I did not get it. The first time the dasher car broke down on the highway so I never got my food and now today the dasher placed my food outside a commercial building and I didn’t receive it. You would think I would’ve learned from the first experience but I thought I would give another chance. Do not order food from there they are unprofessional and don’t care about the fact that you took my money and I have nothing to show for it. This particular Pizza Hut sucks and they don’t care at all about the customers

Order took over and hour to prepare and deliver after the estimated deliver time. Pizza was received lukewarm at best and the service was horrendous. The sauces exploded in the bag and the marinara got on everything. The Basil Pesto Margarita pizza was missing the drizzle. We haven’t had many problems with this location in the past but this was just bad. Considering requesting a refund.

I haven't eaten pizza hut in years.... Tonight I'm reminded why. If you haven't, try Mr. Jim's.... you'll thank me later. This is a legit review. I ordered the Tuesday bogo special. The staff was extremely kind and personable... they should go work at Mr. Jim's so the great attitude matches the delicious pizza. Also, I don't work for Mr.jims.

I had to call 4 times to not be hung up on. I didn't even get to ask a question. Called from two different numbers to see if it was a connection issue. I finally got ahold of someone and asked if carry out would be faster for them and they said yes. Then put me on hold. Just don't hire early 20 yr olds I guess. I'll just go to dominos because the customer service is atrocious. Thank you for the wasted time!

I have not ordered from this pizza hut in a long time and will go back to ordering from the other three pizza chains. This location doesn't deliver to where I live. The inside of this location is dark, dingy, and in serious need of remodeling. Pizza was not ready when it said it was and waited another 10 minutes on top of the 15 minutes they said it would take. And the person "at" the counter seemed to be having a bad day.
This place never gets our order right. So tired of it. Update ordered again and once again our order is wrong. Time for dominoes

Our recent visit solidified why I never order from Pizza Hut. Pizza and boneless wings were cold ( we did carry out and only live about 8 mins from this location) , we literally had to microwave it once we got home. Boneless wings were lukewarm and barely had any sauce on them. We just threw the fires in the trash as they were also cold and not Cajun like we ordered . The location its self is sketch af and with the “Pizza Hut “ sign not illuminated it’s easy to miss. The inside had paper receipts all over the floor and the cleanliness of both the store and it’s employees is questionable ( man dealing with my pizza had disgustingly long nails that were clearly dirty) 40 bucks down the drain. Do your self a favor and go get a frozen pizza from Walmart or find somewhere else to go.

If you're thinking about ordering delivery, DON'T. You probably won't get it. I never do! And don't let it be a nighttime delivery that disappears, they won't answer the phone and then you'll have to wait days until the GM is in to call and get a refund
