Twice my pizza 🍕 and wings 🪽 were not cooked at all! The staff there seem to look zoned out.. I will be trying another location for now on!

Pickup for an order I did online. I waited a good 5-7 min. before one of the 3 employees acknowledged me standing at the counter and then another 2 min. for them to figure out where my "Ready" order was. Not sure I'll be back at this location.

I orderd delivery from this location on 1/16/25 at 5:21pm (per my and received an email notice that it would be delivered by 6:01pm. As 6pm rapidly approached I found that the "Pizza Tracker" changed to 6:31pm expected delivery and the pizza arrived at about 6:20pm and when I asked why it took long, I got a very unapologetic "we were busy" as the driver (who I tipped 18%) walked away. As I finally got to sitting down to my pizza, I found that the "Pepperoni Lover's" pizza I paid for came to me looking like the attached with 2 slices of pepperoni per slice which seemed awfully similar to my regular pepperoni pizza's I've ordered in the past. When I sent a complaint through the website and got a quick reply apologizing and saying someone from this location would contact me within 3 days. Obviously, it's a lot later than 3 days with no contact from this location, no excuse for why I was overcharged and underdelivered. I used to get pizza here about once a week but I will NOT be going back to Pizza Hut in the future, there are too many other options out there to get poor service, overcharging and late delivery. I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU AVOID THIS PLACE... Keep your money and buy from a customer friendly reputable business.

These receipts contained names, addresses, phone numbers, and even partial credit card info! This is a HUGE data breach and a serious privacy violation. Horrible service!!! Went here the other night for a business order and the lady was very rude!!! It was no where near closing time at 12 AM however she chose to be lazy. I would not recommend this location. This is not the first time an incident like this occurred . One of my personal orders months ago was here and the delivery driver was negligent with handling the food and it was undercooked. Visit CiCis or Dominoes for a better taste and atmosphere.

Ordered pizza melt and it was burnt called to complain and asked for it to be remade. My second trip to pick up the another order (same as first) and the second set weren't any better...still over-cooked by anyone's standards. I took pictures of it...WON'T BE BACK!!!

The front got Chandler is trash he let you walk in make eye contact with you will not greet you will not say hello how can I help you just looks back down I stood there for about 7 minutes crickets nothing I called the manager to explain the situation and she ain't no better she just hung up on me she said she understood and I hope she do needless to say I walked out left and went down to Marco's Pizza more friendlier and better should have went there in the first place
